The posting

Au sein au département Afnor Energie Ingénierie, vous piloterez et animerez les travaux liés à la vérification des empreintes carbone produits réglementaires, dans le cadre du dispositif d’échanges de quotas (marchés ETS) et du mécanisme d’ajustement carbone aux frontières (EU-ETS et CBAM).

En tant qu'expert référent, vos principales responsabilités seront :

  • Le développement et le maintien de l’expertise technique interne
  • La vérification de la conformité des déclarations d’émissions de CO₂ d’installations industrielles au regard de la règlementation MACF (ou CBAM) et EU-ETS (ou SEQE) pour le compte de nos clients.

Ce dernier point comprend notamment la réalisation de revues techniques, d’audits sur site ainsi que la rédaction de rapports de vérification.

  • Vous aurez également un rôle de coordinateur/référent sur les sujets Carbone réglementaires pour les filiales françaises et internationales du groupe AFNOR.

Dans ce cadre, vous contribuez aux travaux d’accréditation en lien avec la norme ISO 17029 et le règlement européen MACF / CBAM, y compris le développement des outils et livrables de la prestation.

  • Vous réalisez la coordination technique avec les filiales internationales du groupe, et, en tant que référent technique sur le sujet, formez et accompagnez les intervenants à l’international (principalement les auditeurs).
  • Vous intervenez sur les dossiers clients : analyse technique des demandes, intervention lors des audits pilotes, rédaction de rapports, et réalisation de revues techniques, prise de décision.

Profil :

De formation supérieure, diplôme d’ingénieur ou universitaire de niveau Bac +4/5 spécialisé en sciences, énergie, environnement, comptabilité carbone, technologies & procédés industriels.

Vous possédez une expérience dans des secteurs industriels tels que l’aluminium, l’acier, la métallurgie, ou le ciment.

  • d’une expérience en audit ou vérification des émissions carbone (SEQE-UE ou EU-ETS).
  • d’une bonne connaissance des référentiels de comptabilité carbone et de la réglementation européenne (ISO 14064, règlementations MACF /CBAM, SEQE /EU-ETS).
  • d’une appétence pour le travail en équipe multi culturelle
  • La maîtrise de l’anglais (écrit et oral) est requise.

Informations complémentaires :

  • Rémunération : à partir de 50 K€ brut annuel et 13ème mois inclus(selon expérience et profil )
  • Poste basé à La Plaine Saint-Denis (RER B, ligne 14).
