Votre rôle au quotidien :

Vous êtes le/la garant.e de la fluidité des services internes et de la qualité de l’expérience des collaborateurs. Vous assurez la gestion des déplacements professionnels et de la flotte automobile, tout en accompagnant le Responsable du Pôle Services sur l’ensemble des sujets transverses.

Votre périmètre d’intervention couvre notamment :

  • Voyages d’affaires : gestion des déplacements aériens, ferroviaires et terrestres, hôtels, locations de véhicules, taxis, visas.
  • Flotte automobile : gestion d’un parc d’environ 50 véhicules (acquisition, LLD, entretien, assurances, traitement des contraventions…).
  • Politiques internes : mise à jour et amélioration des politiques voyage et automobile.
  • Gestion des prestataires : suivi des contrats, contrôle de la qualité de service et optimisation des coûts.
  • Reporting & analyse : suivi des données, production de tableaux de bord et proposition d’axes d’amélioration.
  • Services généraux : contribution à la gestion de l’accueil, des salles de réunion, des déménagements, du nettoyage, des espaces verts, de la restauration, des abonnements et des événements internes.

Vous intervenez aussi bien sur le terrain qu’en back-office, avec une forte capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités simultanément et à répondre aux besoins opérationnels en temps réel.

Votre profil :

Diplômé d'un BTS, vous disposez d’une expérience ou d’une forte appétence pour les services généraux, la gestion des voyages et de flottes automobile.

Reconnu.e pour votre organisation, votre rigueur et votre sens du service; vous savez gérer les interruptions fréquentes et passer d’un sujet à un autre avec efficacité.

Le travail en équipe est primordial pour vous et vous disposez d’un excellent relationnel.

Vous maîtrisez Excel (notamment les tableaux croisés dynamiques), Word et les outils de réservation.

Le permis B est requis.

La rémunération est de 35/40 K€ brut annuel ( 13ème mois inclus) en fonction de votre expérience.
