The posting

Rejoignez le pôle "réforme de la formation professionnelle" d’AFNOR Certification composé d’une équipe de 18 personnes gérant administrativement un portefeuille mono référentiel de près de 6000 clients Qualiopi.

Missions :

Vous serez le point de contact privilégié des clients et auditeurs du domaine de la formation professionnelle. Vos missions consisteront à entretenir une relation de proximité avec eux, en répondant à leurs demandes et en comprenant leurs besoins.

Vous serez chargé de:

  • Accompagner les clients durant le processus de certification (traitement des appels, réponses aux questions, etc.)
  • Planifier les audits des prospects et clients
  • Traiter des rapports d’audit
  • Assurer la gestion administrative des clients et la traçabilité de l'activité (saisie informatique, facturation, etc.).

Profil recherché :

De formation supérieure Bac +2, vous avez acquis une première expérience significative en gestion administrative et relation client

Vous aimez travailler en équipe, avez un bon sens de l’organisation et appréciez le travail administratif.

Votre rigueur votre réactivité et votre sens du client vous permettront d’accomplir pleinement vos missions.

La maîtrise du pack office, de l’orthographe et de l’expression écrite est requise.

Informations complémentaires :

La rémunération est de 28 à 32KEUR brut annuel (13ème mois inclus) en fonction de votre expérience.
