Vos missions

• La gestion de projets variés de la conception à la maintenance en condition opérationnelle

• La collaboration avec une équipe Agile de 8 personnes pour assurer la cohérence fonctionnelle des services

• L’accompagnement des experts métier et les autres directions du groupe dans la construction et la mise en œuvre de la roadmap produit

• La gestion des instances de suivi et de décisions (Préparation, Animation, Comptes rendus)

• La communication à fréquence constante des indicateurs clés que vous aurez définis en accord avec l’équipe PCP

• La gestion du Kanban de l’équipe PCP (Backlog, Epics, Features…)

Le profil recherché

De formation bac +5 en ingénierie informatique ou équivalent, vous possédez une expérience d'au moins 5 ans dans un environnement digital avec un positionnement transverse : travaille avec des ressources internes et externes variées (marketing, éditorial, documentalistes, DSI, clients, partenaires…)

  • Excellentes compétences en communication et bon esprit d’équipe.
  • Forte adaptabilité, autonomie et capacité à gérer des situations variées.
  • Une aptitude à coordonner avec bienveillance l’ensemble des personnes avec qui vous travaillez

• Une capacité d’abstraction et de prise de recul vous permettant d’organiser les activités liées au(x) produit(s)

• Une écoute active afin de définir de façon collaborative, les attentes et objectifs des projets

• Un sens aigu de l’organisation pour piloter plusieurs projets simultanément.

• Une expérience significative en accompagnement au changement des équipes métiers (formation, documentation et suivi)

• Une bonne compréhension de la logique de développement d’applications (Base de données, Application 3 tiers, Logique de déploiement continu, API).

• De compétences rédactionnelles solides, nécessaires à la production de documentations et de reporting

• Une bonne connaissance des différentes méthodologies projets (Agile, Cycle en V)

• Expérience dans un mode de gestion hybride : Agile / Waterfall.

Environnement Technique :

• Vous travaillerez avec des outils et technologies de pointe, notamment la Stack Elastic, .Net Core, Azure DevOps, et plus encore.

Informations complémentaires

La rémunération est de 58 à 65 KEUR brut annuel ( 13ème mois inclus)
