Rejoignez notre équipe « Santé et Sécurité au Travail » au sein d'AFNOR Normalisation en tant que Chef de Projet normalisation (H/F) en CDI avec une prédominance de sujet sur les équipements de protections individuels et de l’acoustique.

Missions :

  • Piloter l'élaboration de normes et de documents de référence, en accompagnant les expert·e·s dans leur travail rédactionnel et contribuer au façonnage de l’influence française à l’international
  • Organiser et animer des réunions de commissions de normalisation regroupant des expert·e·s du secteur (élaboration d’ordres du jour, animation de réunion en tandem avec le·la Président·e de commission, rédaction de comptes rendus, définition de positions à défendre sur la scène européenne et internationale)
  • Apporter expertise et appui méthodologiques, tout en garantissant le respect des règles de normalisation afin de promouvoir au mieux les intérêts français
  • Fidéliser et développer le portefeuille de client·e·s pour un équilibre financier de l’activité et mettre en place un dispositif d’écoute permettant d’identifier des besoins et des prestations complémentaires
  • Gérer et animer des réunions internationales et européennes (groupes de travail et comités)

Profil :

De formation supérieure (bac+5), en ingénierie ou école de commerce, vous êtes capable d’animer des groupes de travail en toute impartialité, de comprendre les enjeux des différent·e·s acteur·rice·s et de favoriser le dialogue afin d’obtenir un consensus. Vos capacités rédactionnelles et qualités relationnelles pour animer et travailler en équipe seront autant d'atouts pour réussir dans ce poste varié.

Agile, organisé·e et rigoureux·se, vous savez faire preuve de diplomatie, d’anticipation et de planification.

Vous souhaitez contribuer aux réflexions nationales et internationales sur les évolutions de la santé au travail.

La maîtrise de l'anglais tant écrite qu’orale est impérative (niveau TOEIC 800).

Des déplacements à l'international sont à prévoir.

Informations complémentaires :

La rémunération est de 40 à 45 K€ brut annuel (13ème mois inclus) en fonction de votre expérience.
