The posting

Pour gérer leur conformité, AFNOR Editions propose aux grandes entreprises industrielles des services digitaux : intégration d’agent IA basé sur les normes dans leur système d’information, utilisation de normes sous forme de données structurées dans des solutions de type Requirement management, Product Life cycle Management ou Model based system engineering.

Dans le cadre de ces innovations, AFNOR recherche un consultant avant-vente solutions digitales en CDI.

Missions :

- Aide à l’identification des acteurs clés dans la transformation digitale, les projets IA et le management des exigences des grandes entreprises

- Accompagnement de la force de vente dans l’analyse des besoins des clients et dans les présentations avant-vente

- Mise en place et suivi des tests réalisés par les clients

- Recueil structuré des retours clients et échanges avec les équipes internes pour évaluer la faisabilité et mettre en place un planning de réalisation

- Suivi et tests des évolutions des services

- Contribution à la réflexion et aux échanges stratégiques au niveau international

- Aide au Business développement et à la détection de nouvelles opportunités

- Participation à des rencontres, séminaires et salons pour promouvoir les services innovants d’AFNOR

- Contribution à la réalisation de supports avant-vente et de commercialisation

- Suivi du marché

Profil

De formation Bac+4/5 type école ou diplôme universitaire d’ingénieur avec une formation complémentaire en commercial et/ou marketing, ou alors école de management avec une appétence pour la data, l’IA et les problématiques de transformation digitale des entreprises. Vous avez une expérience de 2 à 5 ans.

Vos atouts :

- Capacité à expliquer des concepts techniques de manière claire et accessible

- Expérience réussie dans la mise sur le marché de services digitaux aux entreprises

- Sens du service très développé et expérience de la gestion de grands comptes client - Un très bon niveau d'anglais écrit et parlé

- A l’aise dans le travail et la collaboration avec différentes équipes

- Curiosité pour le domaine de l’ingénierie des entreprises et les différents secteurs d’activité, principalement industriels

- Connaissance de logiciels RM, PLM ou MBSE : Polarion, DOORS, CATIA Magic ou équivalents, spécification et conception de produit/système/service dans un cadre industriel.

La rémunération se situe entre 50 et 65 K€ sur 13 mois.
