Le poste de Coordinateur de production – H/F sera rattaché au Direction Générale.

MISSIONS,

Coordinateur de production - H/F

Les principales missions du titulaire du poste se résume aux tâches suivantes :

  • Assurer le suivi et la coordination de l'ensemble des activités de production à partir du planning établi par le Directeur technique.
  • Fiabiliser les données, identifier les écarts et faciliter la circulation des informations entre les équipes et la direction.

RESPONSABILITE ET PRINCIPALES FONCTIONS

Coordinateur de production - H/F

Les principales fonctions et responsabilité du titulaire du poste se résument aux tâches suivantes :

Suivi du planning et coordination :

  • Suivre l'exécution du planning et l'avancement des différentes productions.
  • Assurer la liaison avec les équipes pour identifier les besoins, contraintes et points de blocage.
  • Alerter le Directeur technique sur les retards, incidents et écarts nécessitant une décision.
  • Suivre les ajustements validés et transmettre les informations aux équipes concernées

Présence terrain et fiabilité des données

  • Recueillir et vérifier quotidiennement les informations sur le terrain.
  • Consolider les quantités produites, les arrêts et leurs causes, les rebuts et les consommations de matières.
  • Contrôler la cohérence des données et faire clarifier les anomalies avec les équipes.
  • Échanger avec les gestionnaires de stock sur les données utiles à la production ; la gestion des stocks reste sous leur responsabilité.

Rapports et amélioration du suivi

  • Établir les rapports quotidiens et les synthèses périodiques de production.
  • Présenter les résultats par rapport au planning et expliquer les principaux écarts.
  • Tenir les tableaux de bord à jour et structurer les outils de suivi existants

LOCALISATION

Le poste est basé à Abidjan, Cote d'Ivoire.

FORMATION

Coordinateur de production - H/F

  • Être titulaire au minimum d'un un Bac + 3 en Génie industriel ou équivalent.
  • Justifier de minimum 3 ans d'expérience professionnelle à un poste similaire.
  • Expérience en préfabrication béton obligatoire.

EXPERTISE SAVOIR-FAIRE, QUALITES RECHERCHES

Coordinateur de production - H/F

  • Bonne connaissance et expérience d'un logiciel de gestion de production ou d'un ERP.
  • Capacité à organiser la collecte des données et à améliorer les outils de suivi.
  • Aptitude à analyser les écarts et à produire des rapports fiables, clairs et exploitables.
  • Rigueur, réactivité, sens de l'organisation et aisance relationnelle.
