MISSIONS, RESPONSABILITE ET PRINCIPALES FONCTIONS

Les principales missions du titulaire du poste se résument aux tâches suivantes :

Directeur Exécutif - H/F

Les responsabilités et principales fonctions du titulaire du poste se résument aux tâches suivantes :

  • Assurer la coordination des activités entre les Membres, le ministère de tutelle, les partenaires ;
  • Assurer la planification des activités annuelles de la faitière en collaboration avec les Responsables des services,
  • Préparer les Plans d'Actions annuels et les soumettre au CA ;
  • Superviser les missions d'audit technique et financier ;
  • Assurer la communication avec les partenaires institutionnels et autres partenaires ;
  • Assurer la programmation opérationnelle du plan d'orientation stratégique ;
  • Ordonner le budget voté par le C.A. ;
  • Cosigner tous les états de paiement, chèques, ordres de virement et bons de commandes émis par la faitière ;
  • Recruter et licencier le personnel salarié de la Direction ;
  • Rendre compte au C.A. et aux Bailleurs de Fonds de l'utilisation des ressources ;
  • Diriger les évaluations sur la GPS et les PPC ;
  • Veiller à la production des rapports d'activité annuels ;
  • Assurer l'exécution de toute autre tâche relevant de ses compétences.
  • Le poste est basé à Abidjan, Cote d'Ivoire.

FORMATION

Directeur Exécutif - H/F

  • Être titulaire au minimum d'un Bac+5 en Finance, Administration des Affaires ou tout autre diplôme équivalent.
  • Justifier de minimum 10 à 15 années d'expérience professionnelle dont au moins 5 années à un poste de direction ou de management supérieur idéalement dans le secteur de la microfinance, bancaire ou financier.
