MISSIONS,

Responsable Garage, Parc & Maintenance - H/F

La principale mission du titulaire du poste se résume à la tâche suivante :

  • Garantir la disponibilité, la fiabilité et la sécurité du parc de véhicules et d'engins. Structurer le garage et la fonction maintenance, constituer l'équipe et déployer une organisation adaptée aux besoins opérationnels, dans le respect des budgets approuvés.

RESPONSABILITE ET PRINCIPALES FONCTIONS

Responsable Garage, Parc & Maintenance - H/F

Les principales fonctions et responsabilité du titulaire du poste se résument aux tâches suivantes :

Structuration du garage et de la maintenance :

  • Réaliser l'inventaire et le diagnostic du parc ; identifier les priorités.
  • Élaborer un plan chiffré de création de l'atelier : aménagement, outillage, équipements et stock initial.
  • Définir l'organisation du service et proposer la répartition entre maintenance interne et prestations externes.

Pilotage technique et opérationnel

  • Planifier la maintenance préventive et coordonner les réparations sur l'ensemble des sites.
  • Appuyer les diagnostics complexes, contrôler les travaux et valider la remise en service.
  • Organiser les dépannages et limiter les immobilisations avec les responsables opérationnels.
  • Suivre l'état et l'utilisation du parc ; proposer les réparations majeures et les renouvellements.

Management et gestion des ressources

  • Définir les besoins en personnel, participer au recrutement et développer les compétences de l'équipe.
  • Organiser les approvisionnements, fiabiliser les stocks et contrôler les prestations externes.
  • Préparer le budget, suivre les dépenses et rendre compte à la Direction générale.
  • Assurer la traçabilité des interventions et le respect des règles de sécurité et des contrôles applicables.

LOCALISATION

Le poste est basé à Abidjan, Cote d'Ivoire.

FORMATION

Responsable Garage, Parc & Maintenance - H/F

  • Être titulaire au minimum d'un un Bac + 5 en Génie mécanique ou équivalent.
  • Justifier de minimum 5 ans d'expérience professionnelle en gestion de parc et de maintenance, avec création ou réorganisation d'un garage.
  • Expérience en management d'équipe, gestion des stocks et maîtrise des coûts.

EXPERTISE SAVOIR-FAIRE, QUALITES RECHERCHES

Responsable Garage, Parc & Maintenance - H/F

  • Solides compétences en maintenance de véhicules légers, poids lourds et engins.
  • Bonne connaissance du diagnostic technique, de la planification et du suivi des interventions.
  • Familiarité avec une GMAO et maîtrise des outils informatiques de suivi.
  • Connaissance des camions toupies à béton et des camions-pompes à béton appréciée.
  • Leadership de terrain, rigueur, réactivité, sens des priorités et capacité à rendre compte.
