岗位职责： - 负责机器人执行器电机产品（灵巧手、小型关节、协作臂机器人等）的结构设计与开发，包括转子、定子、轴系传动、机壳端盖、磁钢固定等关键零部件设计和量产开模设计。 - 负责产品从方案设计、样机试制、性能验证、失效分析到设计优化的工程闭环，持续推动产品迭代升级。 - 负责轴承选型与寿命校核，运用ANSYS开展结构力学、热分析等CAE仿真，支撑产品可靠性设计。 - BOM文件的维护和制作，管理研发阶段供应商物料生产 -电机机壳，端盖，冲片等细分零件的开模相关工作 -推动DFM/DFA优化，协同供应商完成样件开发、工艺优化及量产导入，保障产品高质量交付。

岗位要求： - 双一流高校硕士及以上学历，机械工程、机械设计制造及其自动化、电机、电气工程、机电一体化等相关专业。能力特别优秀者可适当放宽学历背景要求。 - 1～3年机器人执行器、电机、伺服电机或相关产品开发经验，具有机器人本体电机结构设计经验者优先。 - 熟练使用三维设计和力学仿真软件，熟悉GD&T、公差设计及公差链分析。 - 熟悉PMSM电机结构设计、机械加工、装配工艺及DFM/DFA，具备良好的工程设计能力。 - 熟练掌握电机制程，能够手动完成绕线，定子压装，转轴贴磁等工序，主导概念样机的落地。 -参与产品总体方案设计、关键结构设计及技术方案评估，完成3D模型、2D工程图及技术文档输出。
