岗位JD（含岗位职责和岗位要求） 1. 传动系统设计与选型：负责灵巧手关节中减速/传动方案的设计与选型，包括行星减速器、谐波减速器、滚珠丝杠、蜗轮蜗杆等； 2. 关节结构设计：负责关节模组产品的结构设计，负责传动部件与电机、编码器、轴承等的一体化集成设计；负责绘制3D数模、装配图&工程图； 3. 技术文档编制：编写设计文档、测试报告与技术规范，确保项目的顺利推进；负责供应商能力审核、SOR及技术协议、TR、定点等； 4. 集成与验证：负责关节总成相关试制，试验问题解决，对现有关节总成结构进行优化，提升传动效率和可靠性； 5. 量产：负责材料选择与制造工艺的设计，确保产品的高性能与可制造性； 与相关团队协作，完成产品的集成与验证测试；制定关节生产工艺、检验标准，对接供应商跟进量产，处理结构磨损、部件失效等质量问题；

承担主要目标/关键任务 1. 教育背景：全日制统招本科及以上学历，机械设计、齿轮传动、车辆工程、航空航天等相关专业，2年以上工作经验； 2. 熟悉至少一种制图软件；熟悉至少一种齿轮/传动系统专业分析软件； 3. 有平行轴/行星/谐波/摆线/RV/直线等减速器，人形机器人、灵巧手关节驱动模组项目经验优先； 4. 具有很好的学习能力、交流沟通能力、团队协作能力； 5. 工作态度积极，学习主动，责任心强，有较强抗压能力，有担当意识。
