职位描述 一、岗位定位 协助算法工程化、仿真训练环境搭建及日常开发支持，积累机器人软件工程化实战经验。

二、岗位职责 代码与文档：协助 Git 仓库管理、代码审查、技术文档编写 仿真环境：搭建维护仿真环境（Gazebo、Isaac Sim、MuJoCo 等） 训练环境：搭建维护 Docker 训练环境，管理数据集，监控训练任务 模型部署：辅助模型训练、推理测试、仿真/真机效果验证 日常支持：维护 Ubuntu/ROS/Docker 开发环境，编写调试 Python/C++ 脚本

任职要求 硕士或博士在读，计算机、自动化、机器人、AI 等相关专业 了解 Python/C++ 编程，有实际编码经验 了解 Linux 基本命令、Git、Docker 基础概念 了解 ROS/ROS2 者优先 加分项：机器人竞赛经历（如RoboMaster、RoboCup等）、仿真工具使用（Mujoco、Isaac Sim等）、PyTorch/TensorFlow 基础，相关领域论文发表 熟练使用AI coding

四、实习收获 接触真实的机器人算法工程化流程，了解“训练→仿真→真机”完整链路 顶尖资深工程师一对一指导 优秀实习生有转正机会
