岗位JD（含岗位职责和岗位要求） 1. 教育背景：本科及以上学历，计算机科学、电气工程、自动化、通信等相关专业。 2. 精通C/C++语言编程，具备良好的代码风格和编程习惯。 3. 熟悉ARM Cortex-M系列内核，具有STM32、GD32、NXP等主流品牌MCU的实际开发经验 4. 熟悉常用外设和通信协议，熟练掌握至少一种嵌入式实时操作系统的应用与内核机制。 5. 能够熟练阅读电路原理图和芯片数据手册，并运用示波器、逻辑分析仪等工具进行调试。 6. 具备较强的学习能力、逻辑分析能力和独立解决问题的能力，拥有良好的团队协作精神。 7. 有大型比赛经验、量产经验、电机驱动相关项目经验者优先。

承担主要目标/关键任务 1. 参与产品嵌入式软件的设计、开发与调试，参与从需求分析到实现的整个流程。 2. 负责MCU的底层外设驱动调试、BSP（板级支持包）开发与维护。 3. 参与嵌入式实时操作系统（如FreeRTOS、RT-Thread等）的移植、裁剪和开发 实现产品上层的应用逻辑和业务功能开发。 4. 参与硬件器件的选型验证，并能阅读硬件原理图，配合硬件工程师进行软硬件联调。 5. 参与各类通信链路协议（如UART, I2C, SPI, CAN, Modbus等）的设计、实现与联调。 6. 编写相关技术文档，包括设计文档、测试报告等。
