The posting

岗位职责 1. 负责视触觉传感器光学系统方案设计，包括照明光路、成像光路、触控光学路径的整体规划，完成光学架构搭建、器件选型与参数匹配，保障视觉成像清晰度、触控识别精度。 2. 主导光学仿真、光路优化、杂光抑制、均匀性优化工作，解决成像畸变、光斑不均、反光干扰、透光损耗、触控光学信号噪声等核心光学问题。 3. 负责镜头、光源、滤光片、导光结构、光学薄膜等核心光学器件的选型、测试、验证与规格定义，输出光学设计方案、光路图纸、器件BOM及测试标准。 4. 配合结构、材料、系统团队完成样机调试与性能验证，结合材料透光特性、结构装配精度，优化光学装配工艺与贴合方案，提升整机光学性能一致性。 5. 跟进光学前沿技术，开展新型光学方案、光学器件的预研，迭代产品光学方案，支撑产品升级与场景适配优化，配合量产完成光学工艺固化与良率提升。

任职要求 1. 本科及以上学历，光学工程、光电信息科学与工程、精密光学等相关专业。 2. 精通几何光学、物理光学基础原理，熟悉成像光路、照明光路设计，熟练使用Zemax、LightTools等光学仿真软件。 3. 熟悉各类光源、镜头、滤光片、光学薄膜的特性及应用，掌握光学测试方法，能够独立完成光学方案设计、仿真、调试与优化。 4. 了解结构装配、光学材料特性，能够协同跨团队解决光学与结构、材料适配问题，有视触觉融合传感器、柔性光学传感经验者优先。 5. 具备良好的数据分析、问题排查能力，熟悉光学量产工艺者优先。
