Il tuo ruolo

Sviluppo commerciale

  • Acquisire, sviluppare e fidelizzare i clienti dell'area: installatori, distributori, studi di progettazione, promotori immobiliari e imprese di costruzione.
  • Promuovere la prescrizione delle soluzioni Airzone presso progettisti e prescrittori, con supporto tecnico nella definizione dei progetti.
  • Preparare, negoziare e seguire offerte e commesse, dalla prima opportunità fino all'ordine.
  • Gestire il portafoglio clienti e mantenere aggiornato il CRM.
  • Coordinare la formazione tecnico-commerciale rivolta agli installatori e supportare le iniziative di marketing sul territorio.

Gestione e supervisione delle agenzie

  • Coordinare e guidare la rete di agenzie plurimandatarie della zona.
  • Definire con ciascuna agenzia obiettivi, budget e piani d'azione, e monitorarne i risultati attraverso KPI, pipeline e reportistica periodica.
  • Fare onboarding e formazione di prodotto agli agenti e affiancarli nelle visite ai clienti strategici.
  • Assicurare che politiche commerciali, condizioni e posizionamento Airzone siano applicati in modo coerente su tutto il territorio.
  • Valutare le performance della rete e proporre azioni di miglioramento o l'ampliamento della copertura.

Controllo e reporting

  • Monitorare gli incassi e gestire eventuali problematiche amministrative con i clienti.
  • Preparare report periodici sull'attività: visite, offerte, stato delle opportunità e andamento delle agenzie.
  • Fare da punto di contatto tra il mercato e i team interni.

Cosa cerchiamo

  • Formazione tecnica in ambito impiantistico meccanico o elettrico.
  • Esperienza commerciale nel settore HVAC o impiantistico (costituisce titolo preferenziale).
  • Esperienza nel coordinamento di agenti o reti di vendita (costituisce titolo preferenziale).
  • Capacità di negoziazione, orientamento al risultato e autonomia organizzativa.
  • Patente B e disponibilità a spostarsi in Campania e Calabria.
