FONCTIONS ET RESPONSABILITÉS :

  • Effectuer des visites commerciales afin d’identifier, développer et fidéliser la clientèle.
  • Rechercher et développer des projets de prescription.
  • Assurer le suivi et le service aux clients (installateurs, distributeurs, cabinets d’architecture, bureaux d’études, promoteurs et entreprises de construction).
  • Assurer le suivi des projets de leur lancement jusqu’à leur réalisation : Élaboration des projets. Coordination avec le dessinateur/projeteur prescripteur. Préparation, suivi et négociation des offres et des projets.
  • Préparer, suivre et négocier les offres commerciales.
  • Gérer les relations avec les promoteurs, entreprises de construction et installateurs selon la phase du projet.
  • Assurer la gestion de projet sur chantier (suivi de l’installation).
  • Soutenir les stratégies marketing.
  • Assurer le suivi des encaissements et la gestion des incidents.
  • Élaborer des rapports de suivi réguliers (visites clients, offres réalisées, etc.).
  • Faire l’interface entre les clients et la production.
  • Gérer et mettre à jour la base de données clients de son secteur.
  • Réaliser les présentations de l’entreprise, des catalogues et des produits et contribuer à la fidélisation des clients.
  • Coordonner les formations technico-commerciales destinées aux installateurs.
