Votre mission

Rattaché(e) au Service Formation, vous concevez et animez des formations techniques destinées à nos clients, bureaux d'études, installateurs, distributeurs, partenaires et collaborateurs.

Votre objectif est de développer les compétences techniques des utilisateurs afin de garantir une installation optimale de nos solutions de régulation HVAC et d'assurer un haut niveau de satisfaction client.

Vos principales responsabilités

Concevoir les formations

  • Élaborer des parcours de formation adaptés aux différents publics.
  • Concevoir et mettre à jour les supports pédagogiques (présentations, guides, exercices pratiques, vidéos et modules e-learning).
  • Actualiser régulièrement les contenus en fonction des évolutions produits et réglementaires.
  • Collaborer avec l'équipe E-learning pour développer les formations digitales.

Animer les formations

  • Dispenser des formations en présentiel et à distance.
  • Former les participants à l'installation, au paramétrage et au dépannage de nos solutions.
  • Organiser et animer des ateliers pratiques.
  • Adapter le contenu et le niveau technique selon les participants.
  • Évaluer les acquis et assurer le suivi pédagogique.
  • Préparer et gérer l'ensemble du matériel nécessaire aux formations.

Apporter votre expertise technique

  • Assurer une veille sur les évolutions technologiques du secteur HVAC et de la GTB.
  • Participer au lancement des nouveaux produits.
  • Apporter un support technique avancé aux équipes commerciales et au service technique lorsque cela est nécessaire.
  • Identifier les besoins du terrain et proposer des améliorations au Responsable Formation.

Participer à l'amélioration continue

  • Mesurer la satisfaction des participants.
  • Être force de proposition pour améliorer les contenus et les méthodes pédagogiques.
  • Participer au développement de notre offre de formation.

Votre profil

Vous êtes passionné(e) par les technologies du bâtiment et aimez transmettre vos connaissances.

Vous disposez de :

  • une formation supérieure (Bac+2 à Bac+5) en génie climatique, automatisme, électrotechnique ou équivalent ;
  • une expérience de 3 à 5 ans minimum dans le secteur HVAC, de la régulation ou de la GTB/GTC ;
  • une première expérience en formation technique constitue un véritable atout.

Vous maîtrisez idéalement :

  • les systèmes de chauffage, climatisation, ventilation et production d'eau chaude sanitaire ;
  • les systèmes de régulation et d'automatisation des bâtiments ;
  • les protocoles de communication tels que BACnet, Modbus, KNX, MQTT ou équivalents ;
  • la lecture de schémas électriques et hydrauliques ;
  • les outils bureautiques et les plateformes de formation en ligne.

Langues

  • Français courant (indispensable).
  • La maîtrise de l'espagnol serait appréciée.

Mobilité

Ce poste nécessite de très nombreux déplacements afin d'assurer les formations chez nos clients, partenaires, distributeurs et centres de formation.

Une forte mobilité sur votre secteur est indispensable.

Des déplacements ponctuels au siège en Espagne sont également à prévoir.
