Tu misión

Dependiendo del Departamento de Formación, diseñarás e impartirás formaciones técnicas dirigidas a nuestros clientes, ingenierías, instaladores, distribuidores, socios y colaboradores.

Tu objetivo será desarrollar las competencias técnicas de los usuarios para garantizar una instalación óptima de nuestras soluciones de regulación HVAC y asegurar un alto nivel de satisfacción del cliente.

Principales responsabilidades

Diseño de las formaciones

  • Elaborar itinerarios formativos adaptados a los diferentes públicos.
  • Diseñar y actualizar materiales didácticos (presentaciones, guías, ejercicios prácticos, vídeos y módulos e-learning).
  • Actualizar periódicamente los contenidos en función de la evolución de los productos y de la normativa vigente.
  • Colaborar con el equipo de E-learning en el desarrollo de formaciones digitales.

Impartición de las formaciones

  • Impartir formaciones presenciales y online.
  • Formar a los participantes en la instalación, configuración y resolución de incidencias de nuestras soluciones.
  • Organizar y dirigir talleres prácticos.
  • Adaptar el contenido y el nivel técnico según el perfil de los participantes.
  • Evaluar los conocimientos adquiridos y realizar el seguimiento formativo.
  • Preparar y gestionar todo el material necesario para las formaciones.

Aportar experiencia técnica

  • Mantenerse actualizado sobre las evoluciones tecnológicas del sector HVAC y de la Gestión Técnica de Edificios (BMS/GTB).
  • Participar en el lanzamiento de nuevos productos.
  • Proporcionar soporte técnico avanzado a los equipos comerciales y al servicio técnico cuando sea necesario.
  • Identificar las necesidades del mercado y proponer mejoras al Responsable de Formación.

Participar en la mejora continua

  • Medir la satisfacción de los participantes.
  • Proponer mejoras en los contenidos y metodologías pedagógicas.
  • Participar en el desarrollo de la oferta formativa de la empresa.

Perfil

Buscamos una persona apasionada por las tecnologías aplicadas a los edificios y con vocación por compartir conocimientos.

Formación y experiencia

  • Titulación superior (FP Superior, Grado o Máster) en Climatización, Automatización, Electrotecnia o áreas equivalentes.
  • Experiencia mínima de 3 a 5 años en el sector HVAC, regulación o sistemas de Gestión y Control de Edificios (GTB/GTC).
  • Se valorará especialmente una experiencia previa como formador/a técnico/a.

Conocimientos técnicos

Se valorará el dominio de:

  • Sistemas de calefacción, climatización, ventilación y producción de agua caliente sanitaria.
  • Sistemas de regulación y automatización de edificios.
  • Protocolos de comunicación como BACnet, Modbus, KNX, MQTT o similares.
  • Interpretación de esquemas eléctricos e hidráulicos.
  • Herramientas ofimáticas y plataformas de formación online.

Idiomas

  • Castellano y catalán (imprescindible).

Competencias personales

  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación.
  • Capacidad pedagógica y facilidad para explicar conceptos técnicos de manera sencilla.
  • Escucha activa.
  • Organización y rigor.
  • Autonomía.
  • Trabajo en equipo.
  • Orientación al cliente.
  • Curiosidad e interés por la tecnología.

Movilidad

Este puesto requiere una elevada disponibilidad para viajar con el fin de impartir formaciones a clientes, socios, distribuidores y centros de formación.

Es imprescindible contar con una alta movilidad dentro de la zona asignada.

Asimismo, se prevén desplazamientos puntuales a la sede central en España.
