La tua missione

Riportando al Servizio Formazione, ti occuperai della progettazione e dell’erogazione di corsi tecnici destinati a clienti, studi di progettazione, installatori, distributori, partner e collaboratori.

L’obiettivo del ruolo è sviluppare le competenze tecniche degli utilizzatori per garantire un’installazione ottimale delle nostre soluzioni di regolazione HVAC e assicurare un elevato livello di soddisfazione del cliente.

Principali responsabilità

Progettazione dei corsi di formazione

  • Elaborare percorsi formativi adattati ai diversi destinatari.
  • Creare e aggiornare i materiali didattici (presentazioni, guide, esercitazioni pratiche, video e moduli e-learning).
  • Aggiornare regolarmente i contenuti in base all’evoluzione dei prodotti e alle normative.
  • Collaborare con il team E-learning per sviluppare la formazione digitale.

Erogazione della formazione

  • Tenere corsi di formazione in presenza e da remoto.
  • Formare i partecipanti sull’installazione, configurazione e risoluzione dei problemi delle nostre soluzioni.
  • Organizzare e condurre workshop pratici.
  • Adattare contenuti e livello tecnico in funzione dei partecipanti.
  • Valutare l’apprendimento e garantirne il monitoraggio formativo.
  • Preparare e gestire tutto il materiale necessario per lo svolgimento dei corsi.

Fornire competenza tecnica

  • Monitorare le evoluzioni tecnologiche nel settore HVAC e della Building Automation (BMS/BACS).
  • Partecipare al lancio di nuovi prodotti.
  • Fornire supporto tecnico avanzato ai team commerciali e al servizio tecnico quando necessario.
  • Identificare le esigenze del mercato e proporre miglioramenti al Responsabile della Formazione.

Contribuire al miglioramento continuo

  • Misurare la soddisfazione dei partecipanti.
  • Proporre miglioramenti ai contenuti e alle metodologie didattiche.
  • Partecipare allo sviluppo dell’offerta formativa aziendale.

Profilo ricercato

Sei appassionato/a di tecnologie per l’edilizia e ti piace trasmettere le tue conoscenze.

Possiedi:

  • Diploma universitario o laurea (Bac+2/Bac+5) in climatizzazione, automazione, elettrotecnica o disciplina equivalente.
  • Almeno 3-5 anni di esperienza nel settore HVAC, della regolazione o della Building Automation/Building Management System.
  • Una prima esperienza come formatore tecnico rappresenta un forte valore aggiunto.

Competenze tecniche richieste

Conosci preferibilmente:

  • Sistemi di riscaldamento, climatizzazione, ventilazione e produzione di acqua calda sanitaria.
  • Sistemi di regolazione e automazione degli edifici.
  • Protocolli di comunicazione come BACnet, Modbus, KNX, MQTT o equivalenti.
  • Lettura di schemi elettrici e idraulici.
  • Strumenti informatici e piattaforme di formazione online.

Lingue

  • Italiano (obbligatorio).
  • La conoscenza fluente di almeno una tra le seguenti lingue: spagnolo, inglese o francese.

Mobilità

La posizione richiede numerose trasferte per erogare formazione presso clienti, partner, distributori e centri di formazione.

È indispensabile un’elevata disponibilità agli spostamenti all’interno della propria area di competenza.

Sono inoltre previsti spostamenti occasionali presso la sede centrale in Spagna.
