Objetivo del puesto:

Identificar oportunidades de automatización y eficiencia en los distintos departamentos, integrar la adopción de IA en la organización y gobernar los CRMs, garantizando la correcta administración, evolución y adopción del CRM como columna vertebral del dato, traduciendo la tecnología en eficiencia real y decisiones mejor informadas.

Actuar como perfil transversal de innovación digital.

Funciones y tareas:

Administración y mantenimiento de los distintos CRMs

· Mantener y actualizar la configuración de los distintos CRMs (Wolf / Hubspot)

· Gestionar usuarios, permisos, roles, vistas, paneles y flujos de trabajo.

· Resolver incidencias funcionales y coordinar incidencias técnicas cuando sea necesario.

· Realizar pruebas de nuevas funcionalidades, cambios de configuración o integraciones.

· Velar por la calidad del dato, la coherencia de los procesos y el correcto uso de la herramienta.

· Proponer mejoras en la estructura, usabilidad y funcionamiento del CRM..

Soporte, formación y comunicación a usuarios

· Atender dudas, consultas e incidencias de usuarios.

· Comunicar cambios, novedades, mejoras y nuevas funcionalidades.

· Elaborar manuales, guías rápidas, procedimientos y materiales de formación.

· Formar a usuarios clave o equipos internos en el uso del CRM y herramientas digitales.

· Acompañar la adopción de nuevas soluciones, asegurando que los usuarios entienden el valor y el funcionamiento de los cambios.

Automatización e innovación de procesos

· Detectar y analizar necesidades de distintos departamentos y traducirlas en soluciones digitales.

· Aplicar soluciones basadas en inteligencia artificial para mejorar productividad, análisis o generación de contenidos.

· Apoyo en proyectos de transformación digital.

· Proponer nuevas herramientas, metodologías o formas de trabajo más ágiles y digitales.

Formación básica requerida

Formación universitaria o Ciclo Formativo de Grado Superior en áreas relacionadas con administración de empresas, informática, sistemas, marketing, analítica de negocio, operaciones, transformación digital o similares.

Conocimientos específicos

· Experiencia en administración o gestión funcional de CRMs.

· Capacidad para entender procesos de negocio y transformarlos en soluciones digitales.

· Conocimiento de herramientas de automatización

· Manejo avanzado de herramientas digitales de productividad.

Experiencia mínima

3 años

Otros requerimientos específicos del puesto

Indispensable: Experiencia con inteligencia artificial aplicada a procesos empresariales.

Conocimiento de Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Forms, Teams, Excel

Curiosidad tecnológica y actualización constante.

Autonomía y proactividad para impulsar cambios y mejoras.

Valorable: Conocimientos de Power BI. Experiencia en gestión de proyectos digitales.
