Funciones y tareas: · Gestión administrativa de pedidos, albaranes y facturas de compras · Introducción y mantenimiento de datos de pedidos en el sistema ERP de la empresa · Seguimiento del estado de pedidos y control de plazos de entrega · Reclamaciones a proveedores por retrasos o incidencias en suministros · Gestión y archivo de la documentación administrativa asociada a las compras · Solicitud y recopilación a proveedores de documentación de compliance: fichas técnicas, hojas de datos de seguridad (SDS/FDS), declaraciones de conformidad y certificados de producto · Solicitud, seguimiento y archivo de declaraciones REACH a proveedores (SVHCs, restricciones Anexo XVII, autorizaciones Anexo XIV) · Solicitud, seguimiento y archivo de declaraciones RoHS a proveedores (cumplimiento Directiva RoHS 2011/65/UE y enmiendas) · Mantenimiento y actualización del registro de sustancias y proveedores en el sistema interno de compliance. · Comunicación con proveedores para la resolución de consultas administrativas y de cumplimiento normativo. · Apoyo en la gestión de no conformidades derivadas de incumplimientos documentales o de producto. · Colaboración con los departamentos de calidad, logística y técnico para asegurar la disponibilidad de documentación actualizada. · Gestión de stocks en almacén y revisión de parámetros de artículos en el sistema. · Soporte en la elaboración de propuestas de compra bajo la coordinación del Responsable de Compras.

FORMACIÓN: Preferiblemente Diplomatura/Grado en Administración y Dirección de Empresas, Comercio Internacional, Logística o ciclo formativo de grado superior en Administración, Comercio o similar.

EXPERIENCIA: Deseable experiencia de 1-3 años en puestos similares en el área de compras, aprovisionamiento o gestión administrativa.
