Content Creator, Video Editor & Marketing Wunderwuzzi (w/m/d)

Dein zukünftiges Aufgabengebiet

  • Du drehst & schießt Videos und Fotos für unser Marketing-Team – Kamera läuft, du lieferst
  • Du bist der Shadowman hinter dem „Teepapst" – seine Stimme, sein Look, sein Feed
  • Du entwickelst Youtube Videos, Reels, TikToks & YouTube Shorts, die wirklich scrollen-stoppen – kein 08/15-Content
  • Du baust einen einheitlichen, wiedererkennbaren Video-Style für unsere B2B Marke „AIYA Europe", die B2C Brand „KISSA Tea", aber vor allem den „Teepapst" auf
  • Du schneidest selbst – Premiere Pro, Creative Cloud, gerne auch mal Canva & CapCut für schnelle Assets
  • Du schreibst Captions, die hängenbleiben, und denkst Content-Planung gleich mit
  • Du erkennst Story-Momente, bevor sie jemand anderes sieht – spontan oder geplant
  • Du hast ein Gespür für Trends und weißt, wie man sie für unsere Marken übersetzt

Dein Profil

  • Ein echter Content-Wunderwuzzi: Kamera, Schnitt, Caption, Planung – du kannst und willst auch alles
  • Ca. 2 Jahre Erfahrung in Videoproduktion & Storytelling, Portfolio oder Showreel im Gepäck
  • Sicher mit Kamera & Smartphone-Setups, Gimbal/Licht/Audio-Basics sind ein Plus
  • Eine Caption Hook ist für dich kein Fremdwort – du weißt, wie man in der ersten Zeile packt
  • Fit in Premiere Pro oder vergleichbarer Software, Creative Cloud ist dein zweites Zuhause
  • Matcha-Affinität – du checkst worum's bei uns geht und lebst das auch ein bisschen
  • Personal-Branding-affin – du weißt, wie man eine Person Marke online aufbaut
  • Kreativ, eigeninitiativ, offen für neue Formate und nicht auf Standard-Content programmiert
  • Flexibel bei Arbeitszeiten – Reise- & Eventphasen intensiver, dafür Zeitausgleich in ruhigeren Wochen
  • Diskret & professionell im Umgang, aber mit Bock auf Reisen, Events & Leute

Gehalt

Für diese Position ist auf Vollzeitbasis ein Bruttojahresgehalt ab 38.000 € vorgesehen. Abhängig von deiner Qualifikation und Erfahrung besteht die Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung.
