Dein zukünftiges Aufgabengebiet

  • Du möchtest mit Matcha arbeiten und unsere Markenwelt aktiv mitgestalten
  • Du interessierst dich für Aufgaben im Vertrieb, in der Kundenbetreuung, im Außendienst oder in vertriebsnahen Bereichen
  • Du begeisterst Kund:innen und Partner mit Persönlichkeit, Beratung und einem Gespür für hochwertige Produkte
  • Du möchtest dazu beitragen, unsere Produkte im Handel, in der Gastronomie oder in neuen Vertriebskanälen erfolgreich zu positionieren
  • Du hast Freude daran, Beziehungen aufzubauen, Potenziale zu erkennen und gemeinsam mit uns zu wachsen
  • Du bringst dich mit deinen Stärken dort ein, wo wir gemeinsam den besten Fit für dich und unser Team sehen

Dein Profil

  • Du begeisterst dich für Matcha, hochwertige Lebensmittel, Lifestyle-Produkte oder den Vertrieb erklärungsbedürftiger Marken
  • Du arbeitest gerne mit Menschen und hast Freude daran, Kund:innen und Partner zu beraten und zu überzeugen
  • Du bringst idealerweise erste Erfahrung im Vertrieb, Außendienst, Account Management, Handel, Customer Service oder Food & Beverage mit
  • Du bist kommunikativ, eigenständig und packst gerne mit an
  • Du denkst lösungsorientiert, arbeitest strukturiert und willst dich weiterentwickeln
  • Du sprichst Deutsch sicher; weitere Sprachkenntnisse wie Englisch sind ein Plus
  • Du möchtest Teil eines internationalen, dynamischen Umfelds werden und gemeinsam mit uns wachsen
  • Du suchst nicht einfach irgendeinen Job, sondern eine Aufgabe mit Produktnähe, Entwicklungspotenzial und echter Begeisterung für Matcha
