Sales Manager B2B (w/m/d)

Dein zukünftiges Aufgabengebiet

  • Du verantwortest den Ausbau unseres B2B-Kundennetzwerks in definierten Zielsegmenten.
  • Du stehst im Kontakt mit den größten Marken der Welt und machst aus Kontakten langfristige Partnerschaften.
  • Du steuerst den gesamten Sales-Prozess — von der Erstansprache über Angebot und Verhandlung bis zum erfolgreichen Abschluss und der langfristigen Weiterentwicklung der Accounts.
  • Du erkennst Marktpotenziale, beobachtest relevante Entwicklungen im Matcha- und Beverage-Umfeld und leitest daraus konkrete Vertriebschancen ab.
  • Du repräsentierst unser Unternehmen bei ausgewählten Fachmessen und Branchenevents an unseren eigenen Ständen.

Dein Profil

  • Du liebst Vertrieb, erkennst Chancen schnell und bringst Themen verbindlich zum Abschluss.
  • Du arbeitest eigenverantwortlich, gehst aktiv auf neue Kund:innen zu und bewegst dich sicher im B2B-Umfeld.
  • Erste Erfahrung in Sales, Business Development oder Key Account Management ist von Vorteil – wichtiger sind uns Abschlussstärke, Eigeninitiative und professionelles Auftreten.
  • Du sprichst Deutsch sowie mindestens eine weitere Sprache.
  • Wenn du auch noch Vorkenntnisse im Food-/Getränkebereich oder im internationalen Handel hast, passt du perfekt!

Gehalt

Das Jahresbruttogehalt liegt bei ab 43.000 € auf Vollzeitbasis. On top hast du durch eine attraktive Verkaufsprovision die Chance auf ein überdurchschnittliches Gesamtpaket.
