Unser Produktportfolio beinhaltet das gesamte Spektrum zwischen Bulk-Produkten für Industriekunden und Retail-Produkten für Endkonsumenten. Für die strategische Weiterentwicklung unseres europäischen Vertriebsgeschäfts suchen wir am Standort Wien eine erfahrene Führungspersönlichkeit als:

Teamlead Sales (w/m/d)

Vollzeit – Wien

Dein zukünftiges Aufgabengebiet

  • Du verantwortest die strategische und operative Weiterentwicklung des Neugeschäfts von AIYA Europe.
  • Du entwickelst eine nachhaltige Sales-Strategie für bestehende und neue Märkte im Food-, Beverage-, HoReCa-, Retail- und Industrieumfeld.
  • Du entwickelst dich rasch in Richtung Head of Sales
  • Du steuerst aktiv Umsatz, Margenentwicklung, Forecasting sowie Vertriebskennzahlen und leitest daraus konkrete Wachstumsmaßnahmen ab.
  • Du baust strategische Kundenbeziehungen auf C-Level und Entscheider-Ebene aus und entwickelst Key Accounts langfristig weiter.
  • Du identifizierst neue Marktpotenziale, Vertriebskanäle und Business Opportunities innerhalb Europas.
  • Du führst, entwickelst und coachst unser 6-köpfiges Sales-Team und schaffst eine leistungsorientierte Vertriebsstruktur.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit Geschäftsführung, Marketing und Produktmanagement zusammen, um Markttrends frühzeitig in neue Anwendungen und Absatzpotenziale zu übersetzen.
  • Du repräsentierst AIYA auf internationalen Fachmessen, Branchenevents und in strategischen Kundengesprächen.

Dein Profil

  • Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung im B2B-Vertrieb, idealerweise als Head of Sales, Senior Sales Lead, Commercial Manager oder in vergleichbarer Position im Food- oder Getränkebereich
  • Nachweisbare Erfolge in der strategischen Geschäftsentwicklung und Umsatzverantwortung
  • Starkes Netzwerk in der Food-, Beverage-, HoReCa-, Retail- oder Zutatenindustrie
  • Ausgeprägte Verhandlungssicherheit und souveränes Auftreten auf Management- und Entscheider-Ebene
  • Unternehmerisches Denken, analytische Stärke und hohe Eigenverantwortung
  • Erfahrung in KPI-Steuerung, Forecasting und Vertriebsplanung
  • Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch; weitere europäische Sprachen sind ein Plus
  • Reisebereitschaft innerhalb Europas

Gehalt

Das Jahresbruttogehalt liegt bei ab 70.000 € auf Vollzeitbasis. On top hast du durch eine attraktive Verkaufsprovision die Chance auf ein überdurchschnittliches Gesamtpaket.
