Content Marketing Manager (w/m/d)

Dein zukünftiges Aufgabengebiet

Du schreibst. Du planst. Du kreierst. Wöchentliche Newsletter, Blogbeiträge und Social Media Content – alles aus einer Hand, kanalübergreifend gedacht, nie copy-paste.

  • Du pflegst den Redaktionsplan für beide Marken – und weißt immer, was als nächstes kommt
  • Du bespielst zwei wöchentliche Newsletter – AIYA Europe und KISSA Tea – via Klaviyo, von der Idee bis zum Versand
  • Die Social Media Managerin bringt die Trends – Du machst daraus Content, der wirklich zur Brand passt
  • Du führst Shootings durch und darfst als erster von den Köstlichkeiten naschen

Dein Profil

Du bist es – morgens, abends, beim Scrollen, beim Schreiben, bei jeder Schale Matcha überschlägst Du Dich mit Ideen.

Matcha ist für Dich kein Trend, den Du mitgemacht hast. Du weißt, woher Matcha kommt, wie er schmeckt, was ihn besonders macht – und genau das willst Du in Worte fassen, die hängenbleiben, und in Bilder, die Geschichten schreiben.

Du treibst Dich selbst an – nicht weil Du musst, sondern weil Du willst.

  • Schreiben ist Instinkt, nicht Handwerk – auf Deutsch, auf Englisch, in zwei sehr verschiedenen Markenstimmen
  • Ca. 2 Jahre Erfahrung in Content Creation, Redaktion oder Marketing
  • Klaviyo oder ein vergleichbares Newsletter-Tool kennst Du bereits
  • Canva und CapCut sind tägliche Werkzeuge – Adobe Creative Cloud wäre ein Bonus
  • Du bist detail-verliebt – Typo im Betreff, falscher Ton, ein Wort das nicht passt – Du siehst es
  • Struktur und Kreativität schließen sich für Dich nicht aus – ein gepflegter Redaktionsplan macht Dir genauso Freude wie ein guter Text

Gehalt

Für diese Stelle ist mindestens ein Jahresgehalt ab 40.000€ auf Vollzeitbasis vorgesehen. Je nach Qualifikation ist eine höhere Bezahlung möglich.
