Como será seu dia-a-dia?

  • Será responsável por identificar oportunidades, abrir mercado e comercializar soluções de benefícios corporativos junto às áreas de Recursos Humanos, Departamento Pessoal e demais tomadores de decisão das empresas.
  • Construir relacionamentos estratégicos, gerar novas oportunidades comerciais e expandir a presença da empresa no mercado, sempre com foco no atingimento das metas estabelecidas e na aderência aos produtos e soluções oferecidos pela organização.
  • Atuação como Hunter para prospecção e desenvolvimento de novos negócios.
  • Para isto, é fundamental possuir excelente comunicação, capacidade de influência nas negociações, proatividade, autonomia e resiliência para atuar em ambientes de alta performance.

Requisitos e Qualificações:

  • Residir em Belém - PA
  • Disponilidade para atuar na região norte
  • Experiência comprovada em vendas consultivas e prospecção ativa (Hunter)
  • Vivência na comercialização de produtos e serviços voltados para RH e benefícios corporativos
  • Histórico de atingimento e superação de metas comerciais
  • Conhecimento em técnicas de negociação e gestão de funil de vendas
  • Disponibilidade para visitas comerciais e viagens profissionais

Será um diferencial possuir experiência em comercialização de:
