Como será o seu dia a dia?

  • Gerenciar uma carteira de grandes contas, grandes nomes do mercado, contas mais complexas e mais exigentes;
  • Construir um bom relacionamento com seus clientes, pares e com o parceiro Banco Bradesco;
  • Negociar contratos, analisar oportunidades, ofertar novos produtos e gerar crossell;
  • Calcular rentabilidade x oferta e melhorar a performance de rentabilidade da carteira;
  • Mapear oportunidades dentro do segmento do Banco Bradesco, em conjunto com os RMs do Banco, afim de construir Pipeline e converter em Venda Nova;
  • Ser protagonista e buscar novos negocios e oportunidades dentro da Alelo, com base no mercado;
  • Ter iniciativa e buscar soluções que atendam e melhorem a experiencia do cliente dentro da Alelo, seja o seu cliente RH, como o proprio Banco Bradesco;
  • Faze Apresentações para os clientes e Banco;
  • Buscar a excelencia, o atingimento e superação dos objetivos propostos pela Alelo;
  • Ser construtivo e parceiro das areas internas.

Requisitos e Qualificações:

  • Residir em Belém ou Manaus
  • Disponibilidade para atuar no Pará e Amazonas
  • Para esta oportunidade buscamos profissionais em experiência com contas Corporate
  • Experiência comercial como hunter e farmer
  • Experiência com relacionamento banco segmento corporate
  • Facilidade e disposição em lidar com diferentes publicos;
  • Já atuar como fanter
  • Ter conhecimentos sobre as novidades do mercado, buscar sempre atualização;
  • Excel intermediário
  • Facilidade com PPT (apresentações);
  • Veiculo próprio disponível para atividade de trabalho
  • Disponibilidade para viagens

Será um diferencial se você tiver:
