Votre rôle, votre impact

En tant qu’analyste fonctionnel ou fonctionnelle, vous agirez comme point de liaison entre les utilisateurs, les partenaires d'affaires et les équipes de réalisation. Vous traduirez les besoins en exigences fonctionnelles claires, assurerez leur traçabilité et contribuerez à la conception, aux essais et à l'adoption de solutions répondant aux objectifs organisationnels.

Responsibilities

Votre quotidien

  • Recueillir, analyser et clarifier les besoins des utilisateurs et des parties prenantes;
  • Comprendre les processus d’affaires, les règles de gestion, les enjeux et les objectifs visés;
  • Traduire les besoins en spécifications fonctionnelles, récits utilisateurs, cas d’utilisation et critères d’acceptation;
  • Modéliser les processus, les flux d’information, les règles et les interactions fonctionnelles de la solution;
  • Collaborer avec les équipes de développement, d’architecture, d’assurance qualité et de gestion de produit;
  • Assurer la traçabilité des exigences de leur définition jusqu’à leur livraison;
  • Analyser les impacts fonctionnels des changements et les dépendances entre les systèmes;
  • Préparer les scénarios et les plans d’essais fonctionnels, soutenir les essais utilisateurs et suivre les anomalies;
  • Valider que la solution livrée répond aux exigences et aux objectifs d’affaires;
  • Documenter les processus, les configurations, les guides et les décisions, puis accompagner les utilisateurs dans l’adoption.

Qualifications

Les clés de votre réussite

  • Formation en informatique, en systèmes d’information, en administration ou un domaine connexe;
  • Expérience pertinente en analyse fonctionnelle, en analyse d’affaires ou en implantation de solutions;
  • Expérience en modélisation de processus et en préparation d’essais fonctionnels;
  • Maîtrise d’outils comme Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Visio ou des solutions équivalentes;
  • Capacité à transformer des besoins complexes en exigences précises et réalisables;
  • Connaissance du cycle de développement logiciel et des approches Agile, Scrum ou Kanban;
  • Excellentes capacités d’analyse, de synthèse, de rédaction et de vulgarisation.

Vos atouts supplémentaires

  • Certification IIBA, IQBBA ou formation pertinente en analyse;
  • Connaissance de BPMN, UML, SQL ou d’une plateforme d’entreprise de type ERP, CRM ou BI;
  • Expérience en gestion du changement ou en soutien post-implantation.
