Votre rôle, votre impact

En tant qu’analyste en assurance qualité (QA), vous jouerez un rôle essentiel dans la l’assurance de la qualité des applications et des initiatives technologiques essentielles. Vous prendrez en charge la planification et l’exécution des tests, la gestion des anomalies et le suivi de la qualité, en collaboration étroite avec les équipes produit, affaires, développement et gestion de projet.

Responsibilities

Votre quotidien

  • Analyser les exigences d’affaires et fonctionnelles afin d’en assurer la clarté, l’exhaustivité et la testabilité;
  • Concevoir, documenter, maintenir et exécuter des scénarios et cas de test complets;
  • Réaliser des tests fonctionnels, d’intégration, de régression, de bout en bout et/ou d’acceptation utilisateur;
  • Valider les applications selon les exigences et les critères d’acceptation;
  • Identifier, documenter, prioriser et suivre les anomalies jusqu’à leur résolution;
  • Appliquer une approche de tests fondée sur le risque afin de maximiser la couverture des fonctions critiques;
  • Élaborer les plans et les stratégies de test ainsi que les rapports d’exécution;
  • Maintenir la traçabilité entre les exigences, les cas de test, les résultats et les anomalies;
  • Participer à l’estimation des efforts, à la planification des livrables QA et aux cérémonies Agile;
  • Utiliser des outils assistés par l’IA pour soutenir la conception des tests, l’analyse des exigences et l’investigation des anomalies;
  • Suivre l’avancement des tests et contribuer aux tableaux de bord, aux rapports et aux indicateurs de qualité.

Qualifications

Les clés de votre réussite

  • 7 ans ou plus d’expérience en assurance qualité logicielle;
  • Expérience dans la prise en charge des activités de test de projets complexes ou de plusieurs volets de travail;
  • Expérience dans la définition de stratégies de test et d’approches fondées sur le risque;
  • Expérience avec Jira, Xray et des outils d’automatisation tels que Cypress, Playwright, Postman, Robot Framework et Clear Right;
  • Expérience en tests d’API et d’intégration, en gestion des anomalies et en documentation des tests;
  • Capacité à conseiller et à accompagner des membres moins expérimentés de l’équipe QA;
  • Bonne compréhension du cycle de développement logiciel, du cycle de tests et des méthodes Agile, Scrum et DevOps;
  • Excellentes aptitudes en communication, collaboration, analyse et gestion des parties prenantes.

Vos atouts supplémentaires

  • Certification ISTQB Fondation, avancée ou équivalente;
  • Expérience avec des solutions de tests assistées par l’IA;
  • Expérience dans un environnement d’entreprise complexe;
  • Expérience dans des initiatives de transformation numérique;
  • Connaissance de plateformes infonuagiques telles que Microsoft Azure ou AWS.
