En tant que designer UX/UI, vous concevrez des expériences numériques accessibles, intuitives et cohérentes qui répondent aux besoins des utilisateurs et soutiennent les objectifs d’affaires de nos clients. De la découverte à la mise en œuvre, vous transformerez les besoins d’affaires et les résultats de recherche en parcours, interfaces et prototypes efficaces.

Responsibilities

Votre quotidien

  • Participer aux phases de découverte et comprendre les besoins d’affaires, les objectifs du produit, les contraintes techniques et les besoins des utilisateurs;
  • Planifier et mener des activités de recherche utilisateur, notamment des entrevues, des ateliers, des observations, des tests et des analyses comparatives;
  • Synthétiser les résultats de recherche et produire des personas, des cartes d’expérience et des parcours utilisateurs;
  • Contribuer à l’architecture de l’information, aux modèles de navigation et à la définition des flux utilisateurs;
  • Animer des ateliers de cocréation et faciliter la prise de décision avec les clients et les équipes multidisciplinaires;
  • Matérialiser les idées à l’aide de flux, de maquettes et de prototypes interactifs, puis documenter les comportements et les règles d’utilisation;
  • Préparer, encadrer et analyser des tests utilisateurs afin de valider les solutions et d’orienter les itérations;
  • Créer des maquettes visuelles haute-fidélité adaptées aux différents appareils et utiliser les systèmes de design pour maintenir la cohérence;
  • Utiliser l’intelligence artificielle de façon responsable pour soutenir la recherche, l’idéation, le prototypage et la documentation;
  • Intégrer l’accessibilité numérique dès la conception, collaborer avec les développeurs à la mise en œuvre et contribuer aux activités de planification et de suivi dans un environnement Agile.

Qualifications

Les clés de votre réussite

  • Baccalauréat en design ou formation équivalente;
  • Au moins 5 ans d’expérience en design UX, design UI ou design de produit numérique, incluant la recherche utilisateur;
  • Maîtrise de Figma et des pratiques de prototypage, de composants et de documentation;
  • Bonne compréhension des systèmes de design;
  • Bonne connaissance de l’accessibilité numérique et des WCAG;
  • Capacité à présenter les décisions de design auprès de clients et de parties prenantes;
  • Autonomie, curiosité et capacité à remettre les idées en question de façon constructive.

Vos atouts supplémentaires

  • Maîtrise en design d’interaction;
  • Expérience en animation d’ateliers de design thinking, de cocréation ou de design sprint, ainsi qu’en mentorat ou en développement de pratiques UX/UI;
  • Connaissance de Jira, Miro, des modules d’extension de test d’accessibilité et du développement Web.
