Área de la práctica: Contract Facilities Group (CFG)

1. Propósito y valor esperado de la práctica

CFG gestiona contratos de infraestructura y servicios del OSF (caminos, agua, residuos, combustible, HVAC, entre otros), además de administrar la bodega. La práctica apoyará tres frentes: (1) ordenar y actualizar la información técnica de las redes de agua (potable, incendio, alcantarillado y drenaje), lo que agilizará el mantenimiento, la detección de pérdidas y futuras obras; (2) retomar y completar el plan de mejoramiento de señalética del sitio; y 3) apoyo general para adquirir experiencia (asistir a reuniones, participar en coordinaciones, gestión documental del área, etc.)

Estos proyectos generarán documentación técnica reutilizable.

2. Trabajo o proyecto propuesto

Proyecto 1 (aprox. 50%): levantamiento y documentación as built de las redes de agua.

  • Recopilar y revisar planos, memorias y registros existentes.
  • Relevar en terreno cámaras, válvulas y puntos clave (ubicación, tipo, estado, fotografías).
  • Actualizar planos en formato digital (CAD/PDF).

Proyecto 2 (aprox. 25%): plan de mejoramiento de señalética en sitio.

  • Retomar y completar el relevamiento de letreros existentes en las instalaciones del OSF. Incluir relevamiento de snowpoles en caminos AOS.
  • Registrar estado, ubicación y necesidad de reemplazo o incorporación de cada letrero.
  • Elaborar un plan de reemplazo con estimación de costos y propuesta de calendario de ejecución.

Apoyo general (aprox. 25%):

  • Participación de coordinaciones
  • Participación en reuniones de grupo
  • Soporte en gestión documental del área

3. Experiencia de aprendizaje

  • Operación en área de infraestructura de un observatorio internacional.
  • Metodología de levantamiento y documentación: lectura de planos, trabajo en terreno, CAD/PDF, informes resultantes.
  • Criterios de señalización vial en instalaciones industriales, y estimación de costos.
  • Uso de herramientas de gestión: smartsheet, Jiras, planillas de control.
  • Cultura de seguridad y procedimientos de trabajo en terreno junto a HSSE.
  • Comunicación técnica y trabajo en equipo con contratistas y distintas áreas.

Requirements

Estudiante de Ingeniería Civil, Construcción Civil, Ingeniería Civil Industrial o Ingeniería Mecánica, con interés en hidráulica e infraestructura y conocimientos básicos de AutoCAD y Excel.

Idiomas: Inglés, deseable.

Licencia de conducir vigente, deseable.
