1. Propósito y valor esperado de la práctica

Brindar al estudiante experiencia práctica en el mantenimiento de equipos mecánicos de alta complejidad, mediante su participación en actividades de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de los transportadores de antenas (LORE y OTTO).

La práctica permitirá apoyar al equipo mecánico de AMG en inspecciones, diagnóstico de fallas y trabajos de mantenimiento, incluyendo la preparación y ejecución de intervenciones mayores, como el reemplazo de motores Deutz.

Se espera contribuir a la formación técnica del estudiante y apoyar la ejecución y la documentación de las actividades necesarias para mantener la confiabilidad y la disponibilidad operacional de los transportadores.

2. Trabajo o proyecto propuesto

  • Apoyo en el mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de los transportadores LORE y OTTO.
  • Soporte en la preparación y ejecución de trabajos de reemplazo de motores Deutz, incluyendo herramientas, materiales, componentes y verificaciones posteriores.
  • Participación en actividades de diagnóstico y análisis de fallas.
  • Apoyo en la preparación de trabajos de mantenimiento, la revisión de procedimientos y la identificación de los repuestos necesarios.
  • Elaboración de un informe final sobre las actividades realizadas y las posibles oportunidades de mejora.

Las actividades estarán sujetas a la programación de mantenimiento y a las condiciones operacionales durante el período de práctica.

3. Experiencia de aprendizaje

El estudiante podrá aplicar sus conocimientos de mecánica, hidráulica y mantenimiento industrial a equipos especializados, como los transportadores de antenas.

Adquirirá experiencia en inspecciones técnicas, diagnóstico de fallas, mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo, así como en la preparación y ejecución de intervenciones mayores, como el reemplazo de motores diésel.

Además, se familiarizará con procedimientos de seguridad, planificación de mantenimiento, herramientas especializadas, documentación técnica y reportes de trabajos mediante un CMMS, desarrollando habilidades de trabajo en equipo y de resolución de problemas.

Modalidad de supervisión:

El estudiante participará en actividades del equipo mecánico bajo la supervisión directa de técnicos e ingenieros, con seguimiento periódico de las tareas asignadas, acompañamiento en terreno y retroalimentación continua. La supervisión será coordinada entre ambos turnos durante las ocho semanas.

Estudiantes de carrera de Técnico mecánico (Técnico en maquinaria pesada, Técnico industrial, etc).
