Área de la práctica: Infrastructure Maintenance Group (IMG)

1. Propósito y valor esperado de la práctica

Dar apoyo en la estructuración formal de herramientas para el seguimiento y monitoreo de actividades relacionadas con el soporte de ingeniería dentro del equipo de IMG.

2. Trabajo o proyecto propuesto

Los principales focos de trabajo y desarrollo son:

  • Preparar herramienta que permita generar métricas de seguimiento y reportabilidad de las actividades de soporte y desarrollo realizados por el equipo de Ingenieros considerando como base el software Jira.
  • Formalizar la estructura de manejo de las actividades por parte del equipo de Ingenieros. Proceso para la administración de Actividades de Soporte en la Gestión de Mantenimiento de IMG.
  • Ajustes a proceso para la Investigación de Fallas y desarrollo de herramienta de monitoreo (métricas).

3. Experiencia de aprendizaje

Las actividades en que estará enfocado el practicante es en el desarrollo y documentación de procesos de trabajo que brindan soporte dentro de la Gestión de Mantenimiento Industrial.

Requirements

Estudiantes de las carreras de Ingeniería Civil Mecánica, Ingeniería Mecánica o Ingeniería en Mantenimiento.
