1. Propósito y valor esperado de la práctica

Las herramientas actuales no permiten el monitoreo o respuesta anticipada ante fallas del hardware. En muchos casos es posible realizar predicciones, o facilitar la detección de fallas y planificación de la respuesta por parte del grupo de mantención. El presente proyecto busca facilitar este proceso mediante la creación de una herramienta de monitoreo que se comunique con el hardware en tiempo real.

2. Trabajo o proyecto propuesto

Construir nuevas herramientas de monitoreo y control para LRUs de los subsistemas de FrontEnd y BackEnd, identificando las herramientas obsoletas actuales y estudiar su funcionamiento de bajo nivel, tal como, protocolo de comunicación, manejo de datos y rutinas de funcionamiento y realizar una plataforma usuario para la nueva herramienta ya sea web, GUI o TUI.

3. Experiencia de aprendizaje

El/la estudiante aprenderá conceptos básicos de receptores y comunicación CAN para interactuar con dispositivos críticos. El practicante pondrá en práctica sus conocimientos de hardware, programación y buenas prácticas profesionales.

4. Supervisión

Al practicante se le asignarán actividades por etapas, las cuales constarán de tareas secuenciales y escalonadas, lo que conllevará una supervisión basada en metas, plazos y medición de progreso, lo que resultará en una retroalimentación permanente entre ambas partes.

Estudiantes de la carrera de Ingeniería Eléctrica/Electrónica
