  1. Objetivo de la Práctica - Propósito:

* Apoyar al equipo de IT Support en la adopción de Microsoft Power Platform, específicamente Power Apps, mediante el diseño y desarrollo de una aplicación que digitalice y centralice los controles operativos diarios (Daily Checks), mejorando la eficiencia, trazabilidad y visibilidad de las actividades del área.

* La práctica busca además promover el uso de capacidades ya disponibles dentro de Microsoft 365, maximizando el valor de las herramientas licenciadas y fomentando la automatización de procesos internos.

2. Trabajo o proyecto propuesto:

* Durante las ocho semanas de práctica, el/la practicante participará en el análisis, diseño, desarrollo y puesta en marcha de una aplicación en Microsoft Power Apps para gestionar los Daily Checks realizados por el equipo de IT Support. Las principales actividades serán:

* Levantamiento y documentación de requerimientos junto al equipo de soporte.

* Análisis del proceso actual de Daily Checks y oportunidades de automatización.

* Diseño y desarrollo de una aplicación Power Apps para el registro y seguimiento de controles diarios.

* Configuración de almacenamiento de datos mediante SharePoint Online.

* Creación de flujos básicos de notificación y recordatorio utilizando Power Automate.

* Desarrollo de reportes e indicadores de seguimiento para visualizar cumplimiento y tendencias.

* Realización de pruebas funcionales, corrección de errores y mejoras de usabilidad.

* Elaboración de documentación y transferencia de conocimiento al equipo.

3. Resultado esperado:

* Implementación de un MVP (Minimum Viable Product) operativo que permita al equipo de IT Support registrar, monitorear y reportar sus Daily Checks desde una plataforma centralizada, eliminando procesos manuales y demostrando el potencial de Power Apps como herramienta de automatización dentro de Microsoft 365.

4. Experiencia de Aprendizaje:

* El/la practicante tendrá la oportunidad de participar en un proyecto real de transformación digital dentro del área de Tecnología, adquiriendo experiencia en:

* Desarrollo de aplicaciones Low-Code con Microsoft Power Apps.

* Automatización de procesos mediante Power Automate.

* Gestión de datos con SharePoint Online.

* Diseño de soluciones sobre Microsoft 365.

* Levantamiento y análisis de requerimientos.

* Mejora continua y digitalización de procesos operacionales.

* Trabajo colaborativo con equipos de soporte, infraestructura y usuarios finales.

* Metodologías de implementación y adopción tecnológica en entornos corporativos.

5. Entregables:

* Documento de levantamiento de requerimientos.

* Diseño funcional de la solución.

* Aplicación Power Apps operativa para Daily Checks.

* Flujos básicos de automatización en Power Automate.

* Estructura de datos en SharePoint Online.

* Reporte o dashboard básico de seguimiento.

* Documentación técnica y manual de usuario.

* Presentación final del proyecto y traspaso de conocimiento al equipo.

Requirements

  • Estudiante de Ingeniería en Informática, Ingeniería Civil Informática, Analista Programador o carrera afín.
  • Interés en desarrollo de software y automatización de procesos.
  • Conocimientos en programación y bases de datos.
  • Deseable conocimiento de Microsoft 365, Power Apps, SharePoint o tecnologías Low-Code.
  • Capacidad analítica y orientación a la resolución de problemas.
  • Buenas habilidades de comunicación y trabajo en equipo.
  • Inglés técnico básico o intermedio.
