Dans le cadre du développement de nos activités Data, nous recherchons un(e) Consultant(e) Senior Data Analyst / Engineer expert(e) sur GCP et DBT pour intervenir sur des missions stratégiques à forte valeur ajoutée chez nos clients grands comptes.

Description du poste

🎯 Vos Missions

Directement intégré(e) chez nos clients pour des missions de longue durée, vous intervenez sur des environnements complexes pour structurer, modéliser et valoriser la donnée. Vos responsabilités incluent :

  • Architecture & Modélisation : Concevoir, optimiser et maintenir des architectures de données modernes, robustes et scalables.
  • Analytics Engineering : Structurer les couches de transformation de données, documenter les modèles et implémenter des tests de qualité rigoureux via DBT.
  • Data Pipeline : Développer et orchestrer des pipelines de données (ETL/ELT) complexes en exploitant tout l'écosystème Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery, Composer, etc.).
  • Business Intelligence & Analyse : Traduire les besoins métiers en indicateurs de performance (KPIs) et concevoir des dashboards d'aide à la décision percutants.
  • Mentorat & Best Practices : Diffuser les bonnes pratiques de développement (CI/CD, versioning via Git) et accompagner la montée en compétences des profils plus juniors chez le client.

Qualifications

🧠 Le profil recherché

Vous possédez une double sensibilité technique (Engineering) et fonctionnelle (Analysis), indispensable pour mener à bien des missions d'expertise.

  • Formation : Diplôme Bac+5 issu d'une École d'Ingénieurs.
  • Expérience : Minimum 5 ans d'expérience sur un poste hybride Data Engineer / Data Analyst.
  • Expertise GCP incontournable : Maîtrise avancée de l'environnement Google Cloud (notamment BigQuery).
  • Maîtrise absolue de dbt : Vous utilisez dbt au quotidien (macros, packages, tests, documentation) et savez structurer un projet dbt au niveau entreprise.
  • Technique : SQL avancé (indispensable) et Python (solide maîtrise pour le scripting et la manipulation de données).
  • Soft Skills : Excellente communication, posture de consultant (écoute, adaptabilité, force de proposition) et capacité à vulgariser des sujets complexes face aux équipes métiers.
