Dans le cadre du fort développement de nos activités d'ingénierie logicielle et d'intégration de l'Intelligence Artificielle, nous recherchons plusieurs Développeurs(ses) Fullstack Java / Angular Senior ou Confirmés passionnés par l'innovation technique pour des missions de longue durée chez nos grands comptes.

Description du poste

🎯 Vos Missions

Vous participez au développement d'applications modernes, scalables et intégrant des fonctionnalités d'IA générative. Vos responsabilités incluent :

  • Développement Backend (Java 21) : Concevoir et développer des architectures microservices performantes et robustes en tirant parti des dernières fonctionnalités de Java 21 (Virtual Threads, Pattern Matching...) et de Spring Boot.
  • Développement Frontend (Angular) : Concevoir des interfaces utilisateurs (UI) fluides, réactives et scalables (versions récentes d'Angular).
  • Intégration Cloud & CI/CD (GCP) : Déployer, manager et optimiser les applications au sein de l'environnement Google Cloud Platform.
  • Intégration d'IA Générative (LLM) : Connecter et intégrer des modèles de langage (LLM) au sein des applicatifs métiers (RAG, orchestrateurs type LangChain/Semantic Kernel, API LLM) pour répondre à des cas d'usage concrets.
  • Qualité logicielle : Rédiger des tests unitaires/d’intégration rigoureux et participer aux revues de code.

Selon vos affinités et votre parcours, vous rejoindrez l'un de nos pôles d'excellence :

  • Pôle RETAIL : Vous interviendrez sur des plateformes e-commerce à fort trafic, des moteurs de recommandation boostés par LLM ou des outils d'optimisation de la Supply Chain.
  • Pôle BFA (Banque, Finance, Assurance) : Vous intégrerez des équipes travaillant sur la Finance de Marché (impératif pour ce pôle) : pricing, gestion des risques, conformité, ou automatisation de processus de trading via l'IA.

🧠 Le profil recherché

Technophile chevronné(e), vous aimez résoudre des problématiques complexes et manipuler des stacks modernes.

  • Formation : Diplôme Bac+5 issu d'une École d'Ingénieurs.
  • Expérience : À partir de 3 ans d'expérience en développement Fullstack.
  • Le trio incontournable :
  1. Maîtrise éprouvée de Java 21 et de son écosystème.
  2. Expérience concrète sur l'environnement Cloud GCP.
  3. Une première expérience ou des projets concrets intégrant des LLM / IA Générative.
  • Frontend : Excellente maîtrise d'Angular.
  • Expertise sectorielle : Une expérience préalable dans le Retail OU en Finance de marché (BFA).
  • Soft Skills : Curiosité technique indispensable (veille active sur l'IA), rigueur, esprit d'équipe et bonne communication pour échanger avec le métier.
