Dans le cadre de l'accélération des projets d'Intelligence Artificielle et de Modern Data Stack de nos clients grands comptes, nous recherchons un(e) Product Owner Data & IA Senior pour piloter des produits de données complexes et stratégiques sur des missions de longue durée.

Description du poste

🎯 Vos Missions

Véritable chef d'orchestre à l'interface entre les directions métiers et les équipes techniques (Data Engineers, Data Scientists, MLOps), vous portez la vision du produit Data/IA et maximisez sa valeur. Vos responsabilités incluent :

  • Cadrage et Vision Produit : Recueillir, analyser et challenger les besoins métiers pour les traduire en cas d'usage Data et IA (modèles prédictifs, IA générative, moteurs de recommandation, industrialisation de KPIs).
  • Gestion du Product Backlog : Rédiger les Epics et User Stories avec des critères d'acceptation clairs. Prioriser le backlog en fonction de la valeur business et des contraintes techniques.
  • Gouvernance Agile : Animer les rituels Scrum (Sprint Planning, Daily, Démo, Rétrospective) en collaboration étroite avec le Scrum Master et l'équipe de développement.
  • Garant de la stack technique : Évoluer avec aisance dans des écosystèmes hybrides en comprenant les enjeux liés aux architectures Big Data traditionnelles (Hadoop) et aux migrations / déploiements sur le Cloud (GCP).
  • Change & Adoption : Assurer la conduite du changement auprès des utilisateurs, piloter les phases de recette (UAT) et suivre le ROI ainsi que l'adoption des produits Data/IA délivrés.

Qualifications

🧠 Le profil recherché

Idéalement issu(e) du monde de l'ingénierie ou du développement data, vous avez évolué vers le Product Ownership sans perdre votre vernis technique.

  • Formation : Diplôme Bac+5 issu d'une École d'Ingénieurs.
  • Expérience : Entre 4 et 9 ans d'expérience au total, avec une expérience significative en tant que Product Owner sur des produits purement orientés Data / IA.
  • Certification obligatoire : Certification PSPO (Professional Scrum Product Owner) active.
  • Background & Bagage Technique :
  • Solide culture technique Data pour dialoguer efficacement avec les ingénieurs (compréhension des architectures, des pipelines ETL/ELT et des cycles de vie des modèles d'IA).
  • Maîtrise opérationnelle des environnements Hadoop (écosystème Big Data historique) ET GCP (Google Cloud Platform).
  • Expérience concrète dans le pilotage de projets intégrant des briques d'Intelligence Artificielle (Machine Learning, Deep Learning ou IA générative).
  • Soft Skills : Leadership, esprit de synthèse, diplomatie pour gérer les priorités des parties prenantes, et d'excellentes capacités de communication.
