Description du poste

Missions principales

🔹 Automatisation et CI/CD :

Concevoir, déployer et maintenir des pipelines CI/CD (GitLab CI, Jenkins, Cloud Build) pour automatiser les tests, les builds et les déploiements.

Optimiser les processus de livraison continue pour réduire les temps de mise en production.

🔹 Infrastructure as Code (IaC) :

Développer et maintenir des templates IaC (Terraform, Deployment Manager) pour provisionner et gérer les ressources GCP.

Automatiser la configuration et le scaling des environnements (GKE, Cloud Run, Compute Engine).

🔹 Observabilité et performance :

Mettre en place des outils de monitoring (Stackdriver, Prometheus, Grafana) et des alertes pour garantir la disponibilité et la performance des applications.

Analyser les métriques et logs pour identifier les goulots d’étranglement et proposer des optimisations.

🔹 Sécurité et conformité :

Intégrer les bonnes pratiques de sécurité (IAM, gestion des secrets, scans de vulnérabilités) dans les pipelines et infrastructures.

Collaborer avec les équipes de sécurité pour garantir la conformité (RGPD, normes sectorielles).

🔹 Collaboration et amélioration continue :

Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les développeurs, architectes et équipes métiers pour comprendre leurs besoins et proposer des solutions adaptées.

Participer à l’amélioration des processus DevOps (revues de code, rétrospectives, partage de connaissances).

Environnement technique

Cloud : Google Cloud Platform (GCP – GKE, Cloud Run, Pub/Sub, BigQuery, Cloud Build, IAM)

Infrastructure : Kubernetes (GKE), Docker, Helm

CI/CD : GitLab CI, Jenkins, Cloud Build, Spinnaker

IaC : Terraform, Deployment Manager, Ansible

Monitoring : Stackdriver, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK

Scripting : Python, Bash, Go

Méthodologies : Agile, Scrum, Kanban

Outils : Git, Jira, Confluence

Qualifications

🎯 Expérience :

3 à 7 ans d’expérience en tant qu’Ingénieur DevOps, avec une expertise avérée sur GCP (ou AWS/Azure avec une appétence pour GCP).

Expérience dans la conception et la gestion d’infrastructures cloud-native (Kubernetes, microservices).

Maîtrise des pipelines CI/CD et des outils d’automatisation (Terraform, Ansible, etc.).

🎯 Compétences techniques :

Cloud : GCP (obligatoire), connaissance des services comme GKE, Cloud Run, Pub/Sub, IAM.

Conteneurs : Docker, Kubernetes (GKE), Helm.

Automatisation : Terraform, Ansible, scripts (Python, Bash).

CI/CD : GitLab CI, Jenkins, Cloud Build.

Monitoring : Stackdriver, Prometheus, Grafana.

Sécurité : Gestion des secrets, IAM, scans de vulnérabilités.
