Description du poste

Nous recherchons un Expert technique workplace Senior afin de garantir la qualité, performance, résilience et sécurité des solutions de portails d’accès aux applications (F5 VPN, MyApps) pour les collaborateurs internes et les partenaires externes. Il / Elle devra assurer l’architecture, l’industrialisation, l’intégration et la gouvernance technique.

Ses missions :

  • Expertise & Conception : Concevoir et maintenir l’architecture technique des portails (F5 BIG-IP APM/LTM, MyApps, Secure Browser). Piloter la roadmap technique et garantir la résilience des solutions.
  • Industrialisation : Automatiser le monitoring, les tests et les déploiements (scripts VBA, PowerShell, etc.).
  • Sécurité : Veiller au respect des référentiels (Zero Trust, TLS, CVE) et participer aux audits cybersécurité.
  • Collaboration : Travailler avec le Product Owner, les équipes réseau et cybersécurité, former les ingénieurs et résoudre les incidents complexes.

Qualifications

Profil recherché :

  • De formation Bac+5 ou équivalent
  • 10 ans minimum en tant qu’expert sur des solutions d’accès applicatifs (F5 VPN, Secure Browser). Expérience avérée en pilotage d’architectures critiques et en support utilisateur.
  • F5 BIG-IP (APM/LTM), iRules, Datagroups, Reverse Proxy, VPN SSL,
  • Microsoft Entra ID (SAML/OAuth2/OpenID Connect), MyApps, Secure Browser (Palo Alto/Zscaler).
  • Cybersécurité : Zero Trust, gestion des CVE, patching, conformité TLS.
  • Soft Skills : Leadership, pédagogie, communication transverse, anglais courant.
  • Méthodologies : Agile, ITIL, FinOps.
