The posting

Voor onze afdeling Customer Care voor ons merk Tromp in Gorinchem (machines voor deegverwerking) zijn we per direct op zoek naar een ervaren Controls Engineer. Als Controls Engineer ga je aan de slag met het ontwerpen en aanpassen van besturingssystemen voor onze klanten die een uitbreidingen, upgrade of complete vervanging wensen van (delen van) bestaande voedselproductielijnen.

Dit betreft een full time functie, met veel afwisseling en hulp van betrokken teamgenoten om de meest slimme/ efficiente besturingsoplossingen te bouwen. Als Controls Engineer voor Customer Care lever je altijd maatwerk oplossingen, gebaseerd op de bestaande machine lay-out van de klant, en de door hen gewenste aanpassing.

Heb je ervaring als software, controls of mechatronica engineer in machinebouw en ben je vertrouwd met programmeren in structured text en ladder? Hecht je aan betrokken en gedreven collega's waarmee je samen 'state of the art' oplossingen bedenkt en bouwt? Lijkt het je leuk om af en toe ook de klant te bezoeken voor jouw support on site? Wat bieden wij jou?

  • Maandsalaris tussen €4.000,00 en €5.400,00 o.b.v. 40 uur; afhankelijk van jouw kennis en ervaring, excl. toeslagen
  • Reiskostenvergoeding (€0,25 / km); vitaliteitsbudget tot €25,00 netto per maand en een zeer goede pensioenvoorziening (PME)
  • Flexibele werktijden, deels thuiswerken mogelijk

Wat ga je doen:

  • Ontwikkelen / programmeren, configureren en integreren van software van onze machines (PLC + HMI). We passen veel techniek toe van Siemens en Allen Bradley.
  • Testen op locatie Gorinchem
  • Softwarematig voorbereiden voor testen van de productielijn bij de klant
  • Inzetten van jouw software expertise voor ondersteuning van onze Buitendienst en aan klanten bij complexe software gerelateerde issues
  • Incidenteel naar de klant voor analyseren en verhelpen van controls gerelateerde storingen en inbedrijfstelling van machines van AMF bij de klant
  • Als onze software expert werk je intensief samen met mechanical engineers, sales, projectmanagers, Assembly Engineers etc. Je bent dan vraagbaak en neemt besluiten mbt onze besturingstechniek.
  • Bijdragen aan het continue verder verbeteren van onze service en oplossingen conform onze Markel Business System aanpak
  • verbeteren van onze technische ondersteuning en besturingstechnische oplossingen voor onze klanten
  • HBO Elektrotechniek, Mechatronica of vergelijkbaar, MBO met voldoende ervaring mag natuurlijk ook ;-)
  • Meerdere jaren ervaring met Siemens Tia Portal en of Allen Bradley Studio 5000
  • Kennis van hogere programmeertalen (vb. Structured text of VBA)
  • Teamplayer, pragmatisch en leergierig
  • Communicatief vaardig (beheersing Nederlandse en Engelse taal)
  • Bereid soms te reizen naar de klant (internationaal)
