We zijn per direct op zoek naar een ervaren Logistic Administrator voor het verzenden van parts tot aan complete voedselproductielijnen naar onze klanten. Het merendeel van onze verzendingen zijn internationaal. Zorg jij dat alles op tijd en zonder gedoe de deur uitgaat? Met de juiste documenten en rekening houdend met de regelgeving per land. Ben jij de logistieke “spin het het web’, die overzicht houdt, administratief sterk is en de snelheid er in houdt? Super! Dan zoeken we jou.

Wat bieden wij jou?

  • Maandsalaris tussen €3.600,00 en €4.400,00 o.b.v. 40 uur (afhankelijk van jouw ervaring), excl. toeslagen

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden als Logistic Administrator zijn:

  • Je organiseert transport (weg, zee, lucht en koerier)
  • Je boekt zendingen en stemt dit af met planning en projectteams
  • Je houdt contact met transporteurs en expediteurs
  • Je volgt zendingen en grijpt in als er iets misgaat
  • Je maakt en controleert verzenddocumenten (zoals pakbonnen en facturen)
  • Je regelt exportdocumenten via o.a. de Kamer van Koophandel
  • Je zorgt dat alles klopt volgens douane- en exportregels
  • Je maakt inkooporders voor transport
  • Je controleert en fiatteert facturen
  • Je schakelt veel met projectmanagers, warehouse en andere collega’s
  • Je houdt iedereen op de hoogte van levertijden en eventuele problemen
  • Zie je dat iets slimmer kan? Dan pak je dat op
  • Je helpt processen duidelijk en werkbaar te houden
  • MBO+ of HBO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in logistiek, supply chain of export.
  • Ervaring in een vergelijkbare rol in een internationale omgeving.
  • Bekend met exportdocumentatie, douaneprocedures en internationale transportvormen.
  • Uitstekende organisatorische en administratieve vaardigheden.
  • Klant- en servicegericht, communicatief sterk.
  • Ervaring met een ERP-systeem als SAP, Navision, Oracle of vergelijkbaar.
  • Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift.
  • Nauwkeurig en betrouwbaar.
  • Stressbestendig, kan goed schakelen tussen verschillende prioriteiten.
  • Proactief en zelfstandig kunnen werken.
  • Probleemoplossend vermogen en oog voor detail.
  • Kunnen plannen onder tijdsdruk
