Zorg jij ervoor dat management en de medewerkers juist worden ondersteund vanuit HR?

We zijn per direct op zoek naar een ervaren HR Business Partner ter ondersteuning van het management en collega’s werkzaam binnen Operations voor onze merken Tromp en Den Boer. Onze merken Tromp en Den Boer worden ontworpen en gebouwd op onze locaties in Gorinchem en Amersfoort. Je werkt in deze functie op zowel strategisch, tactisch als operationeel niveau en bent het HR aanspreekpunt voor onder Engineering, Assembly, Machineshop, Warehouse, SCM en de overige afdelingen die onder Operations vallen. Je maakt deel uit van het HR EMEA -AP team van 3 collega’s en rapporteert aan de HR Manager EMEA-AP.

  • Maandsalaris tusen €4.500,00 en €5.500,00 (op basis van 40 uur per week)

Verantwoordelijkheden als HR Business Partner:

  • Sparringpartner en adviseur van leidinggevenden binnen Operations Tromp en Den Boer voor alle voorkomende HR-vraagstukken
  • Vertalen van organisatiestrategie naar concreet HR-beleid
  • HR-support met betrekking tot strategische personeelsplanning, organisatieontwikkeling, verandertrajecten, leiderschapsontwikkeling, samenwerking, cultuurverandering etc.
  • Zorgen voor tijdige en juiste instroom, dus W&S, employer branding, onboarding, introductiedagen, samenwerking met opleidingsinstituten en banenmarkten etc.
  • Learning & Development, Career Planning, Succession Management, Performance Management inclusief Goal Setting
  • Verzuimmanagement en re-integratietrajecten begeleiden
  • HR-support bij arbeidsrechtelijke vraagstukken en Compensation & Benefits
  • actuele juiste Functieprofielen, inclusief functiewaardering
  • Uitvoering en initiëren van HR-projecten
  • Bijdragen aan een positieve employee experience binnen de organisatie

  • Afgeronde hbo-opleiding richting HRM, Management & Organisatie of vergelijkbaar
  • Ruime ervaring binnen een brede HR-adviesrol in een profit organisatie, bij voorkeur in de techniek of industrie
  • Uitstekende advies- en communicatieve vaardigheden
  • Tact: je weet je goed te verplaatsen in de ander en overziet consequenties van je acties
  • Je werkt zelfstandig binnen een hecht team
  • Het vermogen om te structureren en helderheid te organiseren
  • Gericht op continue verbeterin
  • Je beheerst de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift op professioneel niveau
  • Ervaring met de CAO Metalektro is een pré
