Voor onze afdeling Controls Engineering in Gorinchem zijn we per direct op zoek naar een ervaren Senior Controls Engineer voor het programmeren van de aansturing van onze nieuwste voedselproductie lijnen voor onze klanten van het merk Tromp uit Gorinchem. Dit betreft een full time functie, met veel afwisseling en hulp van betrokken teamgenoten om de meest slimme/ efficiënte besturingsoplossingen te bouwen.

Ontwerp en programmeer jij graag de nieuwste deegverwerkingsmachines van AMF Bakery Systems? Step dan in als Senior Controls Engineer! Heb je ervaring als software, controls of mechatronica engineer in machinebouw, ben je vertrouwd met programmeren in structured text en ben je bekend met Siemens besturingstechniek? Hecht je aan betrokken en slimme collega's waarmee je samen 'state of the art' voedselproductielijnen ontwerpt, programmeert en bouwt? Super, dan zijn we op zoek naar jou!

Wat bieden wij jou?

  • Maandsalaris tussen €4.00,00 en €5.800,00 o.b.v. 40 uur; afhankelijk van jouw kennis en ervaring, excl. toeslagen
  • Reiskostenvergoeding (€0,25 / km); vitaliteitsbudget tot €25,00 netto per maand en een zeer goede pensioenvoorziening (PME)
  • Flexibele werktijden, deels thuiswerken mogelijk

Wat ga je doen:

  • Ontwikkelen / programmeren, configureren en integreren van software van onze machines (PLC + HMI). We passen veel techniek toe van Siemens en Allen Bradley.
  • Testen op locatie Gorinchem (IO, netwerk, drives, functioneel)
  • Softwarematig helpen met voorbereiden van productielijnen voor de FAT
  • Inzetten van jouw software expertise voor ondersteuning van Assembly, Buitendienst en aan klanten bij complexe software gerelateerde issues
  • Incidenteel naar de klant voor ondersteuning van commissioning van nieuwe productie lijnen
  • Als onze software expert werk je intensief samen met Electrical en Mechanical engineers, collega's van Sales, Projectmanagers, Assembly Engineers etc. Je bent dan vraagbaak en neemt besluiten mbt onze software oplossingen.
  • Bijdragen aan het continue verder verbeteren van onze technische controls oplossingen conform onze Markel Business aanpak
  • Helpen met verder standaardiseren van onze software oplossingen van onze product portfolio van het merk Tromp in Gorinchem.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig aan jouw projecten
  • HBO Elektrotechniek, Mechatronica of vergelijkbaar, of ROC Mechatronica niv 4 met ruime ervaring
  • Gedegen kennis van en ervaring met Siemens Tia Portal en of Allen Bradley Studio 5000
  • Kennis van hogere programmeertalen (vb. Structured text of VBA)
  • Teamplayer, pragmatisch en leergierig
  • Communicatief vaardig (goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal)
