Voor onze werkplaats in Gorinchem zijn we op zoek naar een extra Mechatronica Monteur Machinebouw die niet alleen graag machines bouwt, maar ook de ambitie heeft om door te groeien richting een leadrol binnen de machinebouw.

Door de groei van onze organisatie en een sterk toenemende orderportefeuille bouwen we steeds meer geavanceerde bakkerijproductielijnen voor internationale voedselproducenten. Daarom zoeken we een ervaren monteur die energie krijgt van techniek, verantwoordelijkheid durft te pakken én graag meedenkt over hoe het beter kan.

Bij AMF Bakery Systems ontwerpen, bouwen en installeren we complete productielijnen volledig in eigen beheer. Geen standaard machines, maar klant specifieke oplossingen waarin techniek, kwaliteit en samenwerking samenkomen. Juist daardoor is geen project hetzelfde en blijf je jezelf ontwikkelen.

Wat bieden wij jou?

  • Maandsalaris tussen €3.000,00 en €4.000,00 o.b.v. 40 uur (afhankelijk van jouw ervaring), excl. toeslagen

Verantwoordelijkheden als Mechatronica Monteur Machinebouw:

  • Mechanisch en/of elektrotechnisch opbouwen van bakkerijproductielijnen volgens de kwaliteits- en veiligheidsnormen van AMF
  • Uitvoeren van mechanische aanpassingen tijdens de assemblage wanneer nodig
  • Controleren van onderdelen en specificaties voorafgaand aan montage
  • Testen van machines en voorbereiden van de Factory Acceptance Test (FAT)
  • Vaststellen en oplossen van mechanische en elektrotechnische afwijkingen
  • Actief bijdragen aan verbeteringen in machines, processen en werkwijzen
  • Deelnemen aan Daily Management en Problem Solving Projecten
  • Collega’s ondersteunen en meedenken over de optimale uitvoering van projecten

Daarnaast krijg je steeds meer ruimte om:

  • collega’s te ondersteunen en begeleiden binnen projecten
  • verbeteringen aan processen en machines aan te dragen
  • eigenaarschap te nemen over deelprojecten
  • actief mee te denken over kwaliteit, planning en samenwerking op de werkvloer

Zo groei je stap voor stap richting een rol als Lead Monteur.

  • Een technische opleiding op LTS-, MTS- of ROC niveau 3 of hoger richting Werktuigbouwkunde, Mechatronica, Elektrotechniek of vergelijkbaar
  • Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring als machinebouwer, onderhoudsmonteur of elektromonteur
  • Je kunt zelfstandig technische tekeningen, 3D-modellen en elektrische schema’s lezen
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en denkt in oplossingen
  • Je neemt initiatief en wilt jezelf blijven ontwikkelen
  • Je spreekt Nederlands en bij voorkeur ook Engels
  • Ambitie om door te groeien richting een coördinerende of leadrol
