In dieser Rolle verstärkst du unser bestehendes Team in Köln und betreust gemeinsam mit den Kolleg:innen unsere gewerblichen Kunden rund um die Kfz- und Flottenversicherung – insbesondere Autohäuser, Verkäufer und Flottenkunden. Du berätst telefonisch, erstellst individuelle Versicherungsangebote und begleitest Kundenanliegen von der ersten Anfrage bis zur Lösung. Dabei sorgst du mit deiner zuverlässigen und proaktiven Kommunikation dafür, dass sich unsere Kunden jederzeit gut betreut fühlen.

Was du bei uns machst

  • Telefonische Beratung und Betreuung unserer Kunden (Autohäuser, Verkäufer, Flotten-Endkunden) in allen Fragen rund um die Kfz-Versicherung
  • Führen von Beratungs- und Verkaufsgesprächen am Telefon und Erstellung von Angeboten für gewerbliche Kfz-Versicherungen (keine Kalkakquise!)
  • Kompetente und lösungsorientierte Bearbeitung von Kundenreklamationen
  • Aktive Mitgestaltung der weiteren Entwicklung unserer gewerblichen Kfz-Sparte und Optimierung bestehender Prozesse
  • Erstellung von Reportings für die Geschäftsleitung und unsere Autohäuser
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit und Austausch mit deinen Kolleg:innen im Team

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Kaufmann:frau für Versicherung und Finanzen
  • Fachkenntnisse im Bereich (gewerbliche) Kfz-Versicherung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Office

  • Unternehmens- und dienstleistungsorientiertes Handeln
