In dieser Rolle unterstützt du die Finanzplanung und -steuerung unserer IT-Organisation und erhältst spannende Einblicke in Technologieinvestitionen und Finance-Prozesse. Du hast die Möglichkeit, deine fachlichen Kenntnisse kontinuierlich auszubauen, Verbesserungen aktiv mitzugestalten und dich in einem internationalen Finance-Team weiterzuentwickeln.

Was du bei uns machst

  • Unterstützung der Finanzplanung und -steuerung der IT-Organisation, einschließlich Budgetierung, Forecasts, strategischer Planung und monatlicher Hochrechnungen
  • Analyse und Überwachung von IT-Kosten, Projektbudgets, Investitionen (CAPEX) und Personalkosten sowie Identifikation von Abweichungen, Risiken und Optimierungspotenzialen
  • Erstellung von Finanzberichten und Management-Reports als Grundlage für fundierte Geschäftsentscheidungen
  • Unterstützung des IT-Kostenmanagements sowie der Weiterentwicklung von Kostenallokationen, Chargeback-Modellen und Kostentransparenz
  • Mitarbeit bei der finanziellen Bewertung und Steuerung von IT-Projekten und Technologieinvestitionen, einschließlich Business Cases und Wirtschaftlichkeitsanalysen
  • Unterstützung bei Monatsabschlüssen, Financial Reporting sowie Governance- und Compliance-Themen, einschließlich interner Kontrollen und Audit-Anforderungen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit IT, Procurement, Finance und externen Partnern, um Finanzprozesse, Reporting, Datenqualität und Automatisierung kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln

Wann du zu uns passt

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaft, Finance, Accounting, Economics oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung; eine zusätzliche Finanzqualifikation ist von Vorteil
  • Erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich Financial Planning & Analysis, Controlling oder Cost Management, idealerweise im IT-, Technologie- oder Shared-Service-Umfeld
  • Gutes Verständnis von Finanzplanung, Budgetierung, Forecasting, Management Accounting und Financial Reporting sowie ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten
  • Kenntnisse im IT Financial Management, insbesondere zu CAPEX/OPEX, Kostenallokation und Projektcontrolling, sind von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung mit ERP-, Planungs- und Reporting-Systemen, sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse sowie Kenntnisse in Power BI oder vergleichbaren BI-Tools sind von Vorteil
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations-, Organisations- und Problemlösungsfähigkeiten sowie Freude an der Zusammenarbeit in einem internationalen Umfeld
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse; Deutschkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
