Was du bei uns machst

  • Als Teil unseres wachsenden Aktuariatsteams verantwortest du Reservierungsthemen nach lokalem GAAP, IFRS und Solvency II in enger Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Einheiten.
  • Du unterstützt unseren Chief Actuary bei der aktuarischen Beratung von CFO, Vorstand und Niederlassungen.
  • Du berätst zu Solvency-II-Themen innerhalb der Organisation.
  • Du unterstützt das Risikomanagement, den ORSA-Prozess sowie Planning/FP&A.
  • Du gibst fachliche Impulse zu Rückversicherung und Underwriting innerhalb der Organisation.

Wann du zu uns passt

  • Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium in Aktuarwissenschaften, Mathematik, Statistik oder einem verwandten Fach mit stark quantitativem Schwerpunkt.
  • Eine Qualifikation einer in der EU anerkannten Aktuarsvereinigung ist von Vorteil.
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich aktuarielle Reservierung (idealerweise Motor/Kraftfahrt), in datenorientierten Aufgaben sowie im regulatorischen Reporting unter Solvency II oder vergleichbar.
  • Sehr gute MS-Excel-Kenntnisse sowie Erfahrung mit aktuarieller Software (idealerweise ResQ).
  • Teamfähigkeit und die Fähigkeit, erfolgreich mit Kolleg:innen in ganz Europa zusammenzuarbeiten.
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, idealerweise auch Deutsch, sowie souveränes Auftreten im internationalen Umfeld.
