Responder pelas as atividades da Equipe de Recebimento e Separação de Pedidos, acompanhando todas as etapas de trabalho inerentes ao setor de Armazém, assegurando o cumprimento dos prazos estabelecidos em contrato com os clientes.

ATIVIDADES

· Revisar os processos de trabalho do setor e propor melhorias operacionais.

· Distribuir e acompanhar a execução das tarefas de rotina operacionais do Armazém, bem como prestar suporte à sua equipe de trabalho, atendendo os prazos estabelecidos.

· Acompanhar as demandas de pedidos colocados no sistema pelo cliente, delegando aos líderes e/ou distribuindo-os à equipe de Auxiliares e Conferentes, para que os produtos sejam devidamente separados.

· Realizar contatos com os setores interligados aos seus processos de trabalho (Recebimento, Expedição, Comercial/SAC, Qualidade e Fiscal) visando a solução de problemas e a otimização dos fluxos operacionais.

· Treinar e acompanhar o desenvolvimento do time de aprendizes participantes do Programa “Jovem Aprendiz” no âmbito do seu setor.

· Garantir que os procedimentos de movimentação de produtos sejam seguidos para, desta forma, obter qualidade no movimento de produtos, que são medidos pelo departamento de inventário através dos indicadores Acuracidade NET e Acuracidade GROSS.

· Garantir que todos os procedimentos sejam cumpridos visando a qualidade, produção, organização e acuracidade dos estoques, preservação do meio ambiente, segurança e saúde ocupacional.

· Aplicar os conceitos de 5S na sua área e treinar a equipe de Auxiliares e Conferentes.

· Liderar a sua equipe nas ações de inventário cíclico ou/e gerais de mercadorias, bem como toda e qualquer validação de produtos e/ou posições no armazém.

· Elaborar planilhas referentes a avarias de mercadorias, realizar controle específico (físico e sistêmico) e analisar as causas de tais ocorrências, visando corrigir e eliminar futuras falhas operacionais.

· Promover e/ou Participar de reuniões diárias ou semanais ou mensais para discussão dos processos de trabalho e alinhamento com os setores afins.

· Participar de reuniões com seu gestor direto para reporte e discussão dos indicadores de performance (KPIs) do setor.

· Atualizar as planilhas relativas à gestão de estoque, reportando os resultados do setor, bem como as ocorrências de inconformidades mensalmente ao seu superior imediato.

· Gerir as atividades da equipe, definindo prioridades, orientando, treinando, motivando, avaliando o desempenho e garantindo o cumprimento das normas e procedimentos de segurança, qualidade e outros relativos à empresa, visando a interação nos assuntos relacionados à gestão de pessoas.

· Cumprir as normas e procedimentos voltados à preservação do meio ambiente, segurança e saúde ocupacional.

· Zelar pelos equipamentos e materiais cedidos pela empresa e utilizados no desempenho de suas funções.
